This is the best of the “Quiet Resorts” along the Delmarva. There is something for everyone here and more to do than you have time to do it all! In this classic Americana beach resort you will find first class amenities including beautiful pool, fun splash zone for kids, spacious hot tub, fitness room, shuttle to beach (in season), tennis courts, and multi-function sports court. The Pavilion hosts game room with shuffleboard and electronic golf. Adventurers can kayak the bay, fish on the pier or admire the skyline of Ocean City from The Point. There a nature trail, and of course golfing at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Casually bike the wide streets then watch live entertainment and a host of activities at the Josh Freeman stage for performing arts. Within an easy walk enjoy carousel rides on the Green or let the kids romp in 2 custom play grounds with everything from climbing wall, puppet theater and tube slides. Indulge yourself at Starbucks in the Harris Teeter just a short walk away. Bask at the nearby beaches of the Atlantic. Shoppers will never be bored as they can scout the trendy boutiques and world famous tax-free outlets. The kids will love the boardwalks in Bethany and O.C. There are even amusement parks! We’ve designed and decorated this Coastal Escape to provide you with a truly luxurious place to reconnect with family and friends. We believe in pampering our guests. Relax and rejuvenate in style in a spacious 5 bedroom home with an abundance of gathering and getaway spaces that can accommodate large families -14 in ultra comfy beds -or 8 individual golfers. We welcome children of all ages.

A foyer waterfall adds ambience as you enter the living area with 20-foot ceilings, 3 tropical ceiling fans, and lots of seating for viewing. Fireplace, HDTV, and many creature comforts make this a welcoming destination in all four seasons. Dining is a breeze where the dining table comfortably seats 10-12 persons, and tropical bar seats four. You won’t run out of places to lounge or getaway; an airy sunroom with more seating and table for game playing. Relax on the screened porch on quiet evenings, or getaway to the upstairs balcony, covered front porch and loft over-looking the Great Room.

Elegant bedding and Sealy plush mattresses were selected after much rest testing to wrap you in luxury in bedroom suites- all decorated with a unique flair and coordinated to the baths. On the main level is the spacious Serenity Suite, which transports you to the Far East with understated elegance. Dramatic king bed plus an exotic daybed to cuddle in or relax for TV viewing. Find spa-like ambience in the Asian coordinated master bath with two vanities and soaking tub, and large shower. Also on the main level is the Waterfall Room with twin beds to accommodate singlets in elegant style. No scrimping here! A coordinating full bath is just steps away.

We know you like to vacation with other families so we’ve provided a second master on the upper level. The Bayside Dunes Suite sports a plush king bed and private coordinated bath. Sail off to the Ocean Dream Room if you enjoy the look of crisp and breezy cottage décor. Seaside blue, mint green and pure white will take you to shore living at its best. An added cottage style day bed is great for lounging or sleeping for extra guests.

Stow the kids away in the Rainforest Room for a tropical adventure for four youngsters, complete with TV. Your loft-over double with trundle allows for a maximum of four adventurers for this nighttime destination. These two rooms share our Breezy Beachy Bathroom. The loft area provides for extra sleeping space, TV viewing, gaming on the Wii, and access to the balcony with outside relaxing under the stars. All baths coordinated to the unique décor of the associated bedrooms.

A spacious fully equipped kitchen delights any chef from gourmet cooks to deserving moms. We’ve thoughtfully provided just about every kitchen essential you can think of to make food preparation a snap, from the waffle iron to garlic press. Bake ware and large serving items, will help make those necessary tasks more enjoyable. The chef will won’t complain when the menu says BBQ and he fires up the gas grill.

We love kids so, there’s also a pack and play porta-crib, booster seat and restaurant styled high chair to contain your little travelers. Kid sized dinner thoughtfully provided too. Even our laundry room is designer decorated in coastal couture!

What other extras can you expect at this Coastal Escape? Free high-speed wireless Internet access, large screen HDTV, 6 DVD players, and surround sound. Linens, hairdryers, beach chairs, rolling cooler, 3 beach umbrellas, and beach toys,table-top poker accessory, a variety of books and toys provided.

To keep this home allergy free, NO pets allowed at any time, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Amenities fees, an option and assessed by Resort for use of their facilities. The room off the living room where people could talk or play games and not disrupt the ones watching TV was just perfect. We appreciate that you supply all of the bed and bath linens.
