Great private house in a double guard-gated golf community. Large two-story home with four bedroom suites (one downstairs), three fireplaces (one in master at tub) and beautifully furnished. Full kitchen with all new appliances. Large rear yard with very private pool and spa. 42" plasma flat screen TV in family room, 27" flat screen in master, TV with integrated DVD in upstairs king room, all bedrooms have cable service. Wireless Internet access throughout property. Pool table with ping-pong option in house.

Full house and pool area surround sound with radio and CD/DVD. Remote control pool/spa operation for ease of use. Don't miss the wet bar, patio misters and natural gas BBQ. Three car garage and dual zone air conditioning. Community has tennis, pools and the great Desert Falls Country Club.

Bedrooms are arranged as follows: Downstairs bedroom suite with a queen, upstairs bedroom suite with another queen, third bedroom suite with a Cal king bed and the master with a California King.
