You’ll love the unit’s designer touches, including new furniture and artwork. Newly renovated, Twin Dunes features a king bed, hallway bunks, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families or couples, our condo comfortably sleeps six adults.
Located in the Windancer Condominium complex, one of Destin’s few remaining low-rise complexes, your unit is in a prime location with immediate access to both the beach and the pool. Fewer units in the entire complex means you won’t have to have to battle the crowds while trying to enjoy the surf.
We’ve provided many of the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including a high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, linens, TVs, DVD players, and stereo with CD player.
Your kids will love being steps from the pool and you’ll love the convenience of being close enough to watch them play from your private deck. First floor convenience means no more elevator rides and long walks to the beach.
Located one eighth of a mile south of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, the Nation's Largest outlet center, you’re just minutes away from great shopping. In addition to laying on the beach or playing in the pool, you can also enjoy all the things Destin has to offer including world-class golf, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, fine dining, parasailing, and dolphin cruises to name a few!
As a guest in our vacation home we are committed to making your stay the best it can be and are happy to help you make special arrangements. With local maintenance and cleaning staff, we can respond immediately to meet your needs.
Need a second condo? Twin Dunes II is located directly next door to Twin Dunes I and is identical in overall layout but boasts a traditional, nautical décor. The perfect setup when vacationing with family or friends.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*Add tax and $85 cleaning fee to all rentals.
*No Smoking and No Pets.
*Check-Out 10:00 am and Check-In 4:00 pm.
*$250.00 security deposit required to hold a reservation. A security deposit in the amount of $250.00 will be collected at the time of reservation in order to hold the requested dates. The security Deposit will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person responsible for booking the stay.
*At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the condo each day of the rental period. (Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.) |
