Located on one of the most beautiful stretches of sugar white sand in all of Florida, our one-bedroom, one and half bath beachfront condo is your vacation home away from home. Features a king bed, hallway bunks, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families or couples, our condo sleeps four to six.
Located in the Windancer Condominium complex, one of Destin’s few remaining low-rise complexes, the unit (#104) is in a prime location with immediate access to both the beach and the pool. Fewer units in the entire complex means you won’t have to have to battle the crowds while trying to enjoy the surf. Also, there is no public beach access nearby.
We’ve provided many of the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including a free wi-fi connection, fully equipped kitchen, linens, TVs, DVD players, and stereo with CD player.
Your kids will love being steps from the pool and you’ll love the convenience of being close enough to watch them play from the private patio. First floor convenience means no more elevator rides and long walks to the beach.
Located one eighth of a mile south of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, the Nation's Largest outlet center, you’re just minutes away from great shopping. In addition to laying on the beach or playing in the pool, you can also enjoy all the things Destin has to offer including world-class golf, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, fine dining, parasailing, and dolphin cruises to name a few!
As a guest in our vacation home we are committed to making your stay the best it can be. We employ local maintenance and cleaning staff who can respond immediately to meet any needs during your stay.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*Add 11.5% tax and $95 cleaning fee to all rentals.
*No Smoking and No Pets.
*Check-Out 10:00 am and Check-In 4:00 pm.
*$150.00 security deposit required to hold a reservation. A security deposit in the amount of $150.00 will be collected at the time of reservation in order to hold the requested dates. The security Deposit will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person responsible for booking the stay.
*Full payment required 30 days prior to the check in date.
*Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the “Check-In” date to receive a full refund of deposit and rental fees.
· 14 days or more before “Arrival Date” – 100% refund
· 8-13 days prior to “Arrival Date” – 80% refund
· 1-7 days prior to “Arrival Date” – 50% refund
*At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the condo each day of the rental period. (Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.)

Why the Owner Chose Windancer
Windancer is located at the east end of Scenic Highway 98. This location makes the complex less crowded than being located in the middle of Destin.
We also enjoy being part of a low-rise condo complex.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your condo this week. It was so nice with a four year old and me expecting to be on a bottom floor and so close to the pool. We loved the fact that we didn't have to rent an umbrella and chairs since it was provided. We will be setting up a vacation with you next summer!

This was a wonderful place to stay. With a toddler, being on the gound level was a must. This condo is located in such a great place, somewhat secluded, but walking distance from the outlet mall. We absolutely loved it! I could sit on the patio and watch my husband and son in the pool and talk to them without yelling because they were so close. Very convenient for children and parents! We will book this condo again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was newly painted and beautifully decorated! The owner was so easy to deal with, which made our stay much nicer. We definitely reccommend staying here!

This condo was an excellent and perfect choice for us. Everything is very close by ...shopping, stores, and liquor store. The white sandy beaches were literally steps away. The pool was right outside our patio! The location of this condo is excellent... We just loved! Working with Bryan was a breeze. Our transacation ran as smooth as possible. We will defintely be coming back again.
