Three-bedroom, three-bath home with direct, sweeping gulf view is located on cul-de-sac in quiet San Blas Plantation. Heated pool, outdoor hot/cold shower & changing area.
Broad, sugar-white beach close enough to hear the waves - few people, short stroll on boardwalk over protected dunes (couple minutes if you walk slowly). Beach chairs, beach toys available. Lots of shells in the AM, many dolphins.
Tastefully decorated, comfortable first floor living room, dining area, and fully-appointed kitchen (you will have everything you need) with newer appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. along with full-size washer/dryer. First floor bedroom has queen-size bed and full bathroom.
Second floor master bedroom has king-size bed and full bathroom, and second floor "kids' bedroom" has TWO SETS of bunk beds, full bathroom and plenty of room to play, large TV, satellite, etc. so the adults can relax. Satellite TVs in all three bedrooms and living room has 42-inch HDTV with Direct TV satellite, DVD, VCR, and stereo.
Unlimited long distance phone (two phone lines - one local, one for long distance), Internet/DSL.
Ample decking with beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico surround the house, with a large sundeck. In-ground, heated pool in large, private backyard surrounded by large dunes and palms for privacy. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Spend the day at the beach, lounge by the pool, or both. Open windows in the evening and the sound of the waves of the Gulf will put you to sleep. "Lazy Shoes" is the place for the perfect family vacation or romantic getaway.

Year Purchased: 2005
Busy professional couple with 2 children, purchased as second home. Having it sit empty for long periods seemed like a shame, so we put it on the rental market in 2006 and "Lazy Shoes" emerged as one of the most popular rental homes on the Cape.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We chose this lot because of how close it was to the beach, along with the size of the yard to accomodate a pool and maintain privacy.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We really liked the broad beach and privacy of it compared to other areas down the Cape (houses not so close together).
