The one bedroom condominium is approximately 600 square feet. The unit is completely furnished with warm custom furniture, private balcony with decorative railings, personal bathroom, color television, DVD player, high speed internet access and VOIP telephone system with conference call capabilities.
The spacious living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper and a cozy gas fireplace with stone hearth. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with table and chairs.
For your convenience, the kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range. A hydronic heating system is used to heat slate tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floors.
The bedroom has a king-size bed with ample closet space. The one bedroom condominium was built in 2002 and is located in the Village at Squaw Valley. The condominium is in the First Ascent Southface building. Ski storage locker located on the first floor. Views of the Mountains from the living room.
Several restaurants located in the Village i.e. Mamasake Sushi, Fireside Pizza, Blue Coyote Grill, Bistro 22, Auld Dubliner, Mountain Nectar and Plumpjacks. Starbucks is also located in the Village.
Exit the building and you are steps to the "Funitel" to start your "World Class" skiing. Number of Beds: two (Includes sofa sleeper in living-room)

Walk to the lifts, walk to dining, walk to the spa, walk to everything but your car (until you unfortunately have to leave). Great condo, great location, great conditions...and no lift lines when you ski in May. My first time at Squaw and I was impressed. Thanks!

What a great place and an easy transaction. This was my first time being able to wake up and walk to the lifts in a matter of minutes. This unit overlooks the Village with great views of Shirley Canyon. I hope to be staying here again in the future ! Thanks for the good time......... Jeff
