This extravagant home is located on the main area of Lake Nasworthy. Lake Nasworthy is the only constant level lake in West Texas. It is known for its excellent fishing and spectacular views from the water. The lake is located within San Angelo city limits and is literally minutes away from luxury shopping and fine dining.

Many of the well known chain restaurants are located in San Angelo as well as a large mall and antiquing downtown. For the hunters of the group there are many local ranches that offer day and weekend hunts. Tom Green County which is know for its big bucks on the historic Door Key Ranch as well as many others. If fishing and water sports are your passion then you should have no problem out on the lake. Boats and Jet ski's are allowed so you can wakeboard, tube, ski, and kneeboard.

Additional Rental Information:
*A 50% deposit must be received within seven days of booking. The balance is due 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.
*Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less then 10 days prior to arrival unless we are able to re-book the time period.
*A $200 security deposit is due with final payment and will be refunded upon inspection if there is no damage to the property.
*There is a $100 cleaning fee due with your final payment.
*Two day minimum rental.
*No Smoking or inside pets at any time.
