No stairs to climb to get in and out of the house. In the third row back from the beach, this recently renovated home has been in our family for over 25 years and we want you to share in the experiences it has to offer. Located in Avalon, a neighborhood of both permanent resident and rental homes at about the six and a half milepost, the Salty Rose is only a few hundred feet from easy access to the beach and fronts on a neighborhood street. A raised deck in the back yard offers views in the direction of the beach and makes a great place to relax outdoors while planning your next activity. A private outdoor shower offers hot and cold water for that after swimming rinse and a short walk or drive can bring you to shopping, a movie at the new theatre, dinner at one of several nearby restaurants, or just fire up the grill and make that perfect steak that only you know how to cook. However you decide to spend your time at the Salty Rose, it is sure to be memorable and a welcome break from your normal life's routines.
