Upper level has large dining area (seats 10 guests) with see thru fireplace to large living area (with queen sofa sleeper), fully equipped kitchen with additional eating space, utility room with washer and dryer, powder room, extra large master suite with full bath and king bed and walk-in closet. TV's with cable in TV room (with DVD) living room (with DVD) and master suite. Beautiful mountain views from large south facing deck off living/dining areas. Plenty of closet space, ski and boot storage.
Vaulted with log accents, light and bright, designer decor with comfortable furnishings, all linens and towels, hair dryers, provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with micro/oven, stove, dishwasher, trash compactor, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Very comfortable accommodation for 8 people or less, can accomodate 12 with sofa sleepers. NO NEED TO RENT A CAR! Just steps from the bus stop on free town of Vail bus to the ski area and village (bus runs approximately every 30-60 min, depending on season)less than one mile to grocery store, approximately 30 minute walk into Vail Village over the pedestrian bridge.
This home is in an ideal single family residential area on the north side of Vail just off the frontage road (behind post office). It is half of a duplex with no common walls, and total privacy.
