This was our 8th year on PCB and our 4th in this condo. It feels like our home away from home. The unit is professionally decorated and luxurious. The owners are continuously upgrading the furnishings. This year there was a new leather sleeper sofa and upholstered side chair, new microwave and bar height patio furniture. The property managers delivered the unit to us immaculately clean with all kinds of nice hospitality gifts ... shampoo, bath soap, hand soaps, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, etc. In addition, the management company called on us during our stay to make sure that we were not having any problems or issues. If you are here during the season, you will enjoy the wonderful beach cabana service. And what more can you say about the gorgeous beach? We'll definitely be back.

This unit rated average because we have stayed at Grandview East before and loved it so much we wanted to stay again. Unfortunately the unit we had before was booked and so we chose this unit. My how different units can be! The unit lists it can sleep 8, but unless 4 are children it can NOT. The bottom bunk is a futon mattress with a crease right down the middle. We had to purchase a foam cover for the adult to sleep on, and the mattress on the sleeper sofa was even worse! Upon arrival the unit wasn't as clean as it should have been. Seaweed and hair were left in the shower, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, linens were stained, tub in 2nd bath wouldn't drain, patio chair was broken, and the "wireless" internet isn't wireless! On day 3 of our vacation the air went out!! Left message with property manager and when he didn't call back I called him again, he finally called someone out after I called a 3rd time. The entire unit had to be replaced which meant we were without A/C Tues afternoon until about 3pm Thurs and had a whole crew A/C men running in and out of the unit! I emailed Steven and was told he was monitoring the situation(??). All of the housekeeping issues would have been overlooked had the property manager or the owner acted a little more sympathetic, it wasn't like we broke the A/C or even that we didn't understand that things like this happen! My family takes ONE vacation a year and for the $$ we paid to rent the unit it would have been nice for the manager or owner to be a little nicer in a bad situation. I would recommend Grandview East and feel that we will stay there again, just not in this property.

We loved staying in this condo. It was beautiful, spacious and the separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer was great. The beds were so comfortable we hated to come home to our bed! We hope to rent this one again. The owner was great to work with. Thank you Steve.

We stayed here for Thunder Beach 2010 and it is absolutely gorgeous. We had a blast even though it rained most of the time we were there. We did not mind having to stay in the condo because it was so nice. And then when we were leaving town the sun came out. I guess that means we will have to come back when it is pretty outside! Absolutely beautiful! We stayed in this unit the week of August 12 (the last week before my daughter went off to college). We had a wonderful time. The unit is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended this unit to several friends.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we are going to make it an annual trip. The condo was great, along with the free beach chair rental,(get there early for this and reserve for the whole week), the free DVD's and the movie on Saturday night on the beach. You will enjoy your stay here.
