Our 1500 sq ft house is nestled in the quaint town of Fairfax, CA. It is a quiet haven untouched by strip malls and corporate chains, yet it is close enough to the hustle and bustle of cities like San Francisco and Berkeley. A short distance away you will find Mill Valley, Sausalito, Mt. Tamalpais, Point Reyes, Stinson Beach & Napa.
The house is loft-style, built on a large rock with views of the Marin Mountains. Take pleasure in relaxing nights as you hear the crickets chirp and the rushing of the creek during the rainy months. Our house is a beautiful, tranquil place to unwind and enjoy everything that nature has to offer. On any given day, deer can be seen from the windows and outside deck.
We provide bathrobes, blow dryers, 5 different types of pillows ranging from soft to extra firm, coffee maker, flat screen t.v. with cable, DVD and VCR, children's games, poker table and chips, internet w/ DSL, as well as an entertainment deck with umbrella covered dining table and loveseat patio set. We also have a small library area where you can curl up and read a good book. The house was just recently remodeled with an upgraded kitchen which includes full amenities. All furnishings inside and out are brand new.
Take advantage of picnicking in Deer Park, hiking/driving to the many lakes located near the house, strolling through the town of Fairfax, antique shopping in San Anselmo and exploring the other great cities, beaches & activities nearby. A few nights in Fairfax and you just may decide to stay!
