Seaquell has been booked tight for the past two years and we are so thankful for our guests.
In past off-seasons, we've often either blocked several weeks off for personal use or else had it booked with longterm guests who've fallen in love with Seaquell and our little Magnolia Community. But this year, we're keeping it open for shorter rentals. Check out the off-season bargains!

Slip out the back bedroom and curl up on a lounge under the stars on the large off-bedroom deck. Grill up some fish and dine al fresco on one of the two upstairs balconies. Stroll the beach, float in the heated pool!
There's no better way to enjoy the pristine sugar-white beaches and emerald-green waters of Florida's forgotten coast than at Seaquell Cottage.
Seaquell Cottage is a short walk down the cobblestone road to the private deeded beach walkover, and a stone's throw to the community pool.
When you get tired of relaxing, you are minutes from golf (we're about a mile from one of the nicest area courses), go-carts, shopping, kayaking, tennis, zip lining, and all that you could want in beach adventure.
The second-story living space in Seaquell is the largest in Magnolia, with two balconies. Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bath, and there is a huge deck off the master suite with lounges. An extra set of hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa provide beds for 12 of your friends and family.
The upstairs living area has a huge dining table with room for everyone. Beautiful hardwood floors and amazing decor: bright, natural colors, top-quality furniture and appliances (granite counters! stainless appliances!), and all the electronics you will need to feel at home.
Give Seaquell the chance to fulfill your dream beach week. You won't find more quaint, quiet, and idyllic neighborhood that's close to the excitement and bustle of the fabulous and famous Seaside/Watercolor on one side and Rosemary/Seacrest Beach on the other.

Spent a luxurious week, was happy with the friendly layout, ease of access to the beach, comfort of the furniture. The house is perfectly set between the quiet luxury of Rosemary beach and the bustle of Seaside beach. Close to grocers, seafood markets, etc. Loved the quiet, and loved cooking in the kitchen with the large dining room. Owners were easy to deal with, and the house was everything they promised! Will come back to this house every year, if I can. Best Value in SEACREST!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We really liked the layout of the house. It was perfect having the bedrooms on the first floor when returning from the beach and pool. We shared the home with another family and found that there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen area was large and had a very nice walk in pantry. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc... and had everything we needed for cooking meals for 10 people. It was an easy walk to the pool and beach and a great location for taking a morning walk/run along 30a. I would highly recommend it for large families or 2 families vacationing together.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

While the property was very nice, we probably would not rent this particular home again. I did not really like the lay out of the home. Also the owner may want to check the blinds in the home. Quite a few have broken strings and do not open correctly or at all. Could also use a newer grill. If you move it, it starts to fall apart.Recommended for: Girls getaway.
Owner response: Hi Janet, Thank you for your review. We were waiting for the new blinds to arrive and I'm sorry they were not installed prior to your visit. All window blinds have now been replaced. The grill is being looked at. I am sorry that the layout of the home wasn't your cup of tea. The living area upstairs and the bedroom down definitely appeals to people who enjoy having two second story decks, but I guess it's not for everyone. We appreciate your visit and hope you went home with some lasting fond memories. Jennifer

This will take you to our development, Magnolia Cottages. Seaquell is on the corner of Patina and Wisteria. Your deposit is due immediately but no later than 48 hours of receipt of the contract. Rental rate and fees are provided in this VRBO confirmation. The total payment is due on or before 30 days before your stay. You will receive a Door Code upon final payment. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property. The property is located at: 8 Wisteria Lane, Seacrest Beach, Florida 32413. The property is furnished and includes a washer/dryer, full kitchen, linens, and bath towels. 2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the number of people Guest indicates on VRBO SIGN-IN. 3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 12 persons. 4. Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 4:00 p.m. (the “Check-in Date”) and ends promptly at 10:00 a.m. (the “Checkout Date”). 5. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 7 night minimum stay. Longer or shorter minimum stays may be required during specified periods. If a rental is taken for less than 7 days, the guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee. 6. A $150.00 fee will be charged to your credit card if our cleaners detect smoking in the home 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Seaquell Cottage privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. PETS are absolutely prohibited. 7. Parking: PARKING – Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. 10. The first night and a few more rules. a. Linens and towels are provided in the home. Toiletries are provided for only one night. You will need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and clothes soap, along with other products at the local grocery b. Do not flush anything down the commode other than toilet paper and human waste. This includes: paper towels, baby wipes, cotton balls, q-tips, hygiene products, and plastic wrappers. There will be a charge to your credit card to unblock a toilet. c. Running the air conditioner while the doors or windows are open will cause the outside air conditioner unit to work overtime and possibly freeze. This will cause the air conditioner to quit working. If this happens, the guest will be charged for the repair.

About the owner: My husband and I moved to Florida from Ohio in 1997. We both grew with a vacation home (me: a cabin the mountains of Pennsylvania with no plumbing! and he: a lake house in Michigan). We knew we wanted to give our kids the kind of experiences we had, an opportunity to escape everyday life and explore the great outdoors. The 30A area is one my favorite places to be, and it's a dream to be able to share in that slice of paradise.
