Slip out the back bedroom and curl up on a lounge under the stars on the large off-bedroom deck. Grill up some fish and dine al fresco on one of the two upstairs balconies. Stroll the beach, float in the heated pool!

Seaquell Cottage is a short walk down the cobblestone road to the private deeded beach walkover, and a stone's throw to the community pool.
When you get tired of relaxing, you are minutes from golf (we're about a mile from one of the nicest area courses), go-carts, shopping, kayaking, tennis, and all that you could want in beach adventure.
The second-story living space in Seaquell is the largest in Magnolia, with two balconies. Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bath, and there is a huge deck off the master suite with lounges. An extra set of hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa, provide beds for 12 of your holiday guests.
The upstairs living area has a huge dining table with room for everyone. Beautiful hardwood floors and amazing decor: bright, natural colors, top-quality furniture and appliances (granite counters! stainless appliances!), and all the electronics you will need to feel at home. My husband and I moved to Florida from Ohio in 1997. We both grew with a vacation home (me: a cabin the mountains of Pennsylvania with no plumbing! and he: a lake house in Michigan). We knew we wanted to give our kids the kind of experiences we had, an opportunity to escape everyday life and explore outside. The 30A area is one my favorite places to be, and it's a dream to be able to share that slice of paradise.
