Our spacious Wailea Ekolu Condominium is fully appointed and includes phone, radio, CD/DVD player, cable TV, and WiFi Internet connection. Personal touches for your enjoyment and convenience. This unit is a 2,000-square-foot townhouse, occupying both the lower and upper floors of a two-story building.
The bedrooms and laundry are on the lower level and the living area occupies the upper level which also provides a spectacular ocean view. There is a full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, and iron are also provided. Towels, including beach towels, linens and paper products are in the apartment. The unit has two private lanais (patios), two full baths downstairs and a half-bath upstairs and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Futons are also available. A port-a-crib with linens, small stroller and booster seat is available for our smaller guests. The condominium is cooled by ceiling fans and fresh tropical breezes (no air conditioning).
The Ekolu Village has barbecue areas overlooking the golf course and ocean, and two swimming pools all located in a garden setting. The condominium is about 1500 feet from the beach, a 15-minute walk. Private parking is located right at the condominium entrance and there is adequate public parking at all five of the great Wailea Beach areas if you prefer to drive and take beach chairs, beach toys and towels (all provided) and a picnic rather than walk to the beach. Want a boogie board too? Let us know! We live on Maui and personally care for the condominium. Wailea golf discounts are extended to all our guests!!!
Wailea, located on the South and lea side of Maui, is 1,450 acres of relaxed and uncrowded beaches, shops, restaurants, tennis and golf snuggled into Maui's greenery. Surrounding the three championship Wailea golf courses is a distinctive community of condominium villages and luxury hotels. Eleven courts help make the Wailea Tennis Club Hawaii's most complete facility. Guests staying in our Wailea condominiums are given special discounts for golf. Wailea also offers a series of five crescent white sand beaches which are strung along a mile and a half of coastline. A myriad of water activities are available including swimming, snorkeling, wind-surfing, sailing and excursions to Molokini, a submerged volcano that is home to thousands of tropical fish. The resort's dining spots range from sun-drenched snack bars to award-winning fine dining restaurants. There is more entertainment at Wailea Shopping Village, an open, airy setting for shops and restaurants.

We stayed there for three nights. The Condo is very spacious. The condo was nicely decorated with pretty fresh flowers. They also provided beach's supplies (snorkles, chairs, etc). We had a great stay there. The deck has a good ocean view and we could see Molokini island. It is very close to several great beaches. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. They were flexible with our checkout time. No miscoulannous charges. The price was the best you could find in that south Maui (which is usually expensive). We would love to go back and stay there and recommend it to our friend.

I have been vacationing in Maui for over 20 years and this condo is by far the nicest and best value in the Kihei/Wailea area! Spacious, clean, beautifully kept, everything working. If you are considering a stay in the Wailea area rent this condo. This is my second year at Ekolu 710 and both stays were just as wonderful. The Thanksgiving holiday will not be available since I will be back in the unit! Aloha!

Condo was more spacious than the pictures revealed. There was a great view of the Molikini crater from the Lanai. The pool was nice - grounds were kept up and were very beautiful. We used the BBQ's quite often and watched the sun set from there. Bedrooms were very large and it was nice to have two showers available. Ceiling fans kept the house comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. It was also nice to have the laundry facilities on site. We would love to return to this condo sometime in the future.

We had a wonderful vacation in this spacious condo. The Ashleys were very attentive and pleasant to work with. We had all of the amenities, an easy walk to the shops at Wailea, and a great view from the upper Lanai. We would definitely stay here again if available.

Our tenth visit to Maui and one of our best accomodations. The townhouse lanai afforded a wonderful view of Molokini where we had our morning breakfast and watched the charters cruise out for scuba and snorkeling. Ekolu 710 is very well furnished, exceptionally clean and reasonably priced. We'll be back. Kip

I had spent much time researching accommodations for our wedding guests and was so relieved and happy to get in touch with the Ashleys. They were quick to respond and very easy and pleasant to work with. They even surprised us with lovely, hand-picked floral arrangements they placed in the condo just before our arrival as a special touch for our celebration. The condo was more spacious than I could have imagined, offering our guests a wonderfully clean and comfortable place to stay in a perfect location, very close to the hotel where we stayed and the shops at Wailea. Beautiful grounds and ample parking spaces too.

My family and I stayed in this very spacious and warm condo in March of 2009. Wee enjoyed ourselves tremendously as it was conveniently located to all the shopping and beaches as well as had all the luxuries of home. The six of us had more than enough space and the property owners were very pleasant to work with. We'd definitely stay again!
