Gorgeous beach-front penthouse condominium. Spacious & beautifully decorated, bright and light with tall vaulted ceilings leading to breathtaking views of the entire bay, the city and Los Arcos. Spacious, well-kept common areas & garden, heated pool, parking, 24-hour gated security, elevator(s) and bi-lingual reception staff. Ten steps down and you are on a nearly private beach, free from vendors. Fully renovated, including all new appliances, fixtures and flooring. Upgrades and improvements are added constantly. Includes, free (with generous minutes allowance) international phone calls back to the U.S. or Canada.

See city lights, evening fireworks, awesome sunsets, plus whales (in season), dolphins, birds galore and manta rays from the privacy of your deck. Fully air-conditioned including ceiling fans on the terrace & ceiling fans in each bedroom when A/C is not needed. Twice weekly maid service included in rental (additional service available for a nominal fee). Smoking on the outside terrace only, please.

Installation is now complete on a new 3-stage water treatment system for our condo building fresh water supply. This is a feature usually only found in hotels and large condominium complexes. This is in addition to the annual certification of the entire Puerto Vallarta city water system which continues to exceed specifications and is the highest rated municipal system in Mexico.

Close enough (10 minutes) to the city but far enough removed to enjoy the quiet and calm of this premier property.

  • Washer: Full-size stack washer, detergent is furnished at no extra charge.

  • Linens Provided: High Thread Count Sheets are available for the Master Bedroom/King Bed. New comforters on all beds, washed and rotated frequently.

  • Lanai: Dine on the terrace while enjoying the ocean views. Terrace can be cooled with adjustable ceiling fans that include overhead lighting.
View/Location
  • Beachfront: 180 degree views of the Bay, city and Los Arcos. Top floor Penthouse location affords the best views in the building.
Communications
  • Telephone (2): Local calls only from the landline in the condo.
  • Free Long Distance: Free International Long Distance calling back to the U.S. or Canada. Generous limit of 60 minutes per rental week.
  • Broadband Internet: DSL service is provided with access from the 2nd bedroom desk work area.
  • WiFi (Wireless Internet): Available from other computers within the building complex. Connection reliablity & speed varies.
