  We chose this apartment due to - Location - Reviews - Price in that order. We were not disappointed. The location is very convenient for using tram/metro. Neighborhood is safe and clean. Apartment was well-prepared, clean and tidy. All utensils are there for preparing food, if you feel like cooking. Owner of the apartment is very nice. He gave a good overview of surroundings and also made valuable suggestions for day trips to nearby islands. He was always easily reachable by phone and e-mail for any questions. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Athens with comfort and without any hassles. By the way, Athens is really a very beautiful city. At least a week is needed to properly enjoy sights, food and culture. Make sure to visit the Saturday market two streets down from this apartment to experience traditional fish-fruits-vegetable offerings in Greece.

  What a really lovely experience staying in this apartment right from the start, we arrived very late at 01.30 in the morning, Dimitris met us at the door of the apartment, and gave us a very warm welcome, also at this time of the morning he showed us round the apartment and also gave us tips on shopping and sight seeing he was available 24hrs a day and made us feel safe and very welcomed. the apartment itself was very beautiful and clean and practical with a lovely balcony outside. Dimitris also supplied us with an extra be for our 2 teenage children. i would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying Athens . thanks for a lovely time and all your help Dimitris, we hope to return there again soon John

  The apartment, together with the well-chosen photos, was exactly as described on the Internet: comfortable, nicely decorated and very well situated (neither too close, nor too far from the center of athens). We spent two weeks there and had a wonderful time. We would recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you Dimitris and Katerina for your help in everything we needed. Annie and Pierre

  I had excellent service with the lessor. Apartment was really nice and neat. There was everything that was promised and even more. Location was also good; near to the metro station, tram stop and bus stop. Area and the building was safe. Apartment is also close to the city center; only 4 minutes by metro. The prices in this area are cheaper than in city centre. There was several supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

  Very nice place, we literally felt at home. Close to the subway, the zone is quiet. We felt like the apartment owner prepared everything for himself - everything is so thought out and comfortable. We don’t like hotels, all the rooms there are the same, therefore we were looking for apartment in Athens, we found this one and do not regret for a minute.

  I staied with my girlfriend. Very nice and comfortable stay. We also walked to acropolis to see the city. Very safe zone. Owner very helpful. Value for money.

  L'appartement correspondait en tout point à la description sur internet. Le propriétaire était accueillant et disponible. L'appartement était très propre et merveilleusement bien situé près du métro et des supermarchés et dans un quartier où nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité. Nous avons profité à plein de l'emplacement sur la terrasse lors de nos repas. Nous recommandons cet emplacement sans hésitation!

  Apartment in a good location, 5 minutes from metro station and in a safe zone. We also took the tram and visit coast of Athens which was very beautiful. The apartment was equipped good enough to make our stay comfortable. Dimitris helped us with maps and instruction. We recommend it!
