The Carriage House Resort is located about 120 yards away from the beautiful beach in the city of Deerfield Beach. The beach area has been renovated making it very attractive to people that enjoy leisure walks, rollerblading, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, or just people-watching. It is close to many activities such as golf, deep-sea and pier fishing, beach volleyball, restaurants, bars, theaters, shopping. The Ft. Lauderdale airport is approximately 35 minutes away and the West Palm Beach airport is about 45 minutes away. The Amtrak station is two miles away from where TriRail commuter trains offer service between West Palm Beach and Miami. An ideal location for a vacation but also strategically located for business people.
The property has 30 units that include Hotel Rooms, Efficiencies, One and Two-Bedroom Apartments. All units are non-smoking and have central A/C and safes. The Efficiencies and the Apartments have fully equipped kitchens for your convenience. Maid service is provided everyday except Sundays. The pool area is surrounded by a garden with flowers and hedges that provide a beautiful and private atmosphere to be enjoyed at your leisure. Off-the-street parking is available for our guests and their visitors. The public beach in Deerfield Beach was recently designated to be one of the few Blue Wave beaches in South Florida. This designation is given to the beaches judged by The Clean Beaches Council of Fredericksburg Virginia to be among America's cleanest.

My husband and I have stayed a few times at the Carriage House and plan to stay there again whenever we need an extra room. We live in the area, and when our families come to visit our condo gets over-crowded! These are the times we enjoy popping over to the Carriage House. The owners are efficient and experienced in customer service. The rooms are clean and include a kitchen area which is the best way to save money by being able to enjoy some meals right "at home". The pool is equally clean.....and the price is right. Most importantly, the location is "perfect". You can walk one block to the beach and a few blocks more to a popular area of restaurants and shops as well as the fishing pier. You can leave your car parked in the lot and have a wonderful holiday on foot. It's not the Taj Mahal, but it is affordable, well-maintained, clean, and well situated.
