Cape Cod style house recently restored and ready for you.
House features two large bedrooms on the first floor both with Queen beds and hardwood floors. Our large kitchen features granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances and most utensils needed for self catering. The bright living room has harwood floors, large flat screen TV with DVD and VCR players (bring your favorite videos and CDs). The first floor has a newly remodeld full bath.
Second floor is loft style with cork flooring featuring a full and two twin XL beds with space for sitting, watching TV or table top activities. The second floor also has a half bathroom.
Our property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a corner lot and a half so there is plenty of space to run around and/or have a nice little outside BBQ and drinks. The house is one mile from Newport's Easton's Beach, The Newport Cliff Walk, Historic Thames St. with ample shopping and great restaurants, and Bellevue Ave with all of Newports Beautiful Mansions. Bike and scooter rentals are available in town and taxi service is quick and inexpensive also.
Smoking is prefered outdoors please.
