Welcome to our newly-redecorated, Tommy Bahama beach side getaway. When you arrive you will quickly notice that you are only steps away from the world-class, sugar white sand beaches of Northwest Florida's Emerald Coast.
You may find that after your trip down to our private beach you will want to relax before setting off to find one of the many great restaurants in the area (we will happily provide a list). While you are enjoying some lazy time feel free to use the five-speaker surround sound TV system, DVD/CD player or grab a beverage and just chill out on the balcony with a partial ocean view.
Nap over? Head to one of the two pools (larger one is heated) or revitalize in the over sized Jacuzzi located on the property. Once your refreshing dip is complete, you may choose to tinker in the kitchen which is fully stocked with all the tools required to complete a carefree stay at the beach.
If it is shopping you crave, then hop on your bike for a short ride to Gulf Sands Discount Outlets or Destin Commons for an outdoor designer mall experience. And hey fellas, if you do not want to follow your honeys to the store, grab the clubs or fishing pole and get busy with your hobby of choice.
So get busy and pack up the people that are important to you. Make sure you have plenty of sunscreen and come enjoy this little slice of paradise. We are looking forward to hosting your stay.

Our family of 5 (including 3 young children) stayed in this condo at Gulfview in August of 2011. It is nicely maintained, clean, and extremely convenient to both the beach and shopping. I loved that we could walk right across the 2-lane street and be on the beach! The kids enjoyed the pools too, and we appreciated the cleanliness and ease of use of the condo. The area is safe and family-friendly, and the condos are well-lit and well-managed. It was a wonderful vacation, and the owners of this unit were very organized, prompt, and helpful, always answering email right away and providing us with plenty of local contact numbers should we need them (which we did not). Overall, we were very pleased. We are already planning a return trip this summer!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time once again! It is my 5th time staying here and I love it everytime! it is very relaxing and is like my home away from home! The beach is absolutely beautiful and not too crowed in this area. My grandmother, mother, daughter and myself enjoyed it very much! It would be nice for anybody who loves the beach! The owners have always been very accommodating and nice to work with! We look forward to staying again next year!!!

we stayed in this unit the weekend before Memorial Day and loved it! we've stayed in the owner's 3rd floor unit before and found the experiences to be very similar. when we were there the owner was in process of updating all of the furniture. the unit was absolutely spotless when we arrived and the cleaning crew had included little extras such as fanning out the towels to give it that fancy, resort feel. despite what others have said, yes there is an ocean view. it's not quite as good as the view from the 3rd floor unit (naturally) but it IS there. most importantly the complex is safe, quiet and the beach was not crowded at all. thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The pictures must have been taken several years ago. The furniture was dirty and the couch went to the floor when sat on. It was not fit to sleep on. The unit was dirty. It took me two full days to clean it. I would never stay in that unit again. The resort itself was nice and the people we met there were great. We are planning on returning next year but not in that unit. The condo needs a complete make over. The sole plate on the iron flopped up and down. I thought I might get a shock if I used it. I had to go out and buy what we needed. There were no blankets or matress pads on the beds. There was not an ocean view as indicated in the description. We were not happy with the unit.......
Owner response:Thank you so much for this honest assessment of our condo. It has really made us realize that you cannot solely rely on your local management to make sure all is well. As a result we are in the midst of replacing all that is worn with brand new items. Over the course of the next several weeks you will see fresh pictures complete with dates replacing the old ones. They will show that the couch has been replaced and the condo has been updated. Additionally, we have had our management company replace the cleaners that were not doing a good job with diligent hard working folks that take pride in their job well done. To monitor we will be visiting the condo much more often. We have helped hundreds of guests enjoy the beach since 2002. We have been able to do so by offering very comfortable, well decorated accommodations at great rental rates. We intend to help hundreds more in the future. Your vacation is important to us so please let us know what we can do to assist you in having a great stay at the beach. Our family looks forward to hosting your families stay.

My husband and I stayed at this unit Memorial Day weekend 2010 for our anniversary weekend, and loved it. The unit is clean, decorated very nicely (unlike some of the other units sporting a 1970s/80s look) and quiet. The two pools are perfectly sized for the small community and we were glad to have stayed at this unit. I would recommend staying in the Tommy Bahama unit. Booking the unit and access to the room (keyless) was another plus. Frank, you and your family have a great condo and we really appreciate you sharing your home with us.
