Newly-restored small house and guest cottage perched high above the Med with views from Cap Ferrat to Cap d'Antibes. Nestled under the towering Baou de St Jeannet, the property is 300 meters from the medieval village of St Jeannet, 6 kilometers from Vence--home to the Matisse Chapel--and a great food market!
Reserved parking spot, but the last 150 meters to the house is on foot and steep--only for the fit and active. Great hiking from the house in the back country hills. Huge professional kitchen, antique tiles but modern appliances. Dining for six to eight in kitchen or outside terrace. Olives, figs, lavender, cherries, persimmons and apricots in season.
Small, cozy salon, large bedroom with queen bed, separates to twins. Bathroom with tub and shower. Cottage has double bed and bathroom with shower. Very peaceful, yet only 30 minutes to beaches and coast.
