Location: Isla Verde, San Juan Area, Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico, Caribbean (Five minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Juan)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)

Our one-bedroom apartment is located on the seventh floor of a modern condominium. It has all the conveniences of home including a washer and dryer in the apartment itself. Every window faces the Isla Verde beach and the Atlantic Ocean which are immediately across Calle Tartak. Although the apartment is air conditioned, you will rarely need it as the ocean breeze keeps the atmosphere most pleasant.

At night, you can watch the cruise ships sail in and out of San Juan harbor. The condominium is conveniently located between the airport and San Juan proper. Both are less than a ten-minute ride away.

Parking is available for one vehicle. Car rentals are conveniently nearby. The parking lot and building are gated and have a modern security system in place. For the gamblers, the Intercontinental and El San Juan hotels are a block away. These hotels also offer fine dining as well as modern casinos.

  • I RENTED THIS APARTMENT FOR 11 DAYS AND I HAVE TO SAY I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE APARTMENT AND THE AREA. IT WAS DEF WORTH IT.. I HAD A GREAT DEAL OF FUN. THE APARTMENT HAD A OPEN BAR AND FOOD DOWN STAIRS IN FRONT OF THE BEACH.. NICE EVERYTHING IS VERY CLOSE BY WALGREENS, GAS STATIONS, PINONES..DEF HAVE TO VISIT THAT AREA. IT'S VERY EASY TO GET AROUND WITH THE NEW HIGH WAY. GRANDE IS A SUPER MARKET THAT'S DOWN THE STREET WHICH SALES ALCOHOL, FOOD 9ALREADY MADE) AND GROCERY'S.. OVER ALL IT WAS A NICE APARTMENT WITH A NICE VIEW PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE POOL. YOU WILL DEF ENJOY IT ( YOU MUST RENT A CAR IF YOU WANT TO TRAVEL BUT IF NOT U ARE IN A GREAT AREA) I WILL DEF STAY THERE AGAIN I LOVED IT.
