Our one-bedroom apartment is located on the seventh floor of a modern condominium. It has all the conveniences of home including a washer and dryer in the apartment itself. Every window faces the Isla Verde beach and the Atlantic Ocean which are immediately across Calle Tartak. Although the apartment is air conditioned, you will rarely need it as the ocean breeze keeps the atmosphere most pleasant.
At night, you can watch the cruise ships sail in and out of San Juan harbor. The condominium is conveniently located between the airport and San Juan proper. Both are less than a ten-minute ride away.
Parking is available for one vehicle. Car rentals are conveniently nearby. The parking lot and building are gated and have a modern security system in place. For the gamblers, the Intercontinental and El San Juan hotels are a block away. These hotels also offer fine dining as well as modern casinos.

Really convenient location, right on the beach. Beach is great. Close to restaurants, grocery store, drug store, city bus. Car is not needed, but if you're there for a week, rent one for a couple of days to see some of the other sights. The condo has everything you'll need and was very clean and comfortable.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We stayed here for a total of four nights in the beginning of April and it was excellent! The location is absolutely amazing-you can literally walk out the door and onto the beach. We woke up one morning to a light rainshower and a rainbow over the ocean. It doesn't get better than that! With the great breeze off the ocean, we didn't have to turn the air conditioner on once and it made sleeping relaxing as can be. There are also two great little bar/eateries down stairs that were amazing for lunch and the people were more than a little helpful in pointing us to the hot spots. We have stayed many places in our travels and this location was one of our favorites! Highly recommended-we will be back!

I RENTED THIS APARTMENT FOR 11 DAYS AND I HAVE TO SAY I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE APARTMENT AND THE AREA. IT WAS DEF WORTH IT.. I HAD A GREAT DEAL OF FUN. THE APARTMENT HAD A OPEN BAR AND FOOD DOWN STAIRS IN FRONT OF THE BEACH.. NICE EVERYTHING IS VERY CLOSE BY WALGREENS, GAS STATIONS, PINONES..DEF HAVE TO VISIT THAT AREA. IT'S VERY EASY TO GET AROUND WITH THE NEW HIGH WAY. GRANDE IS A SUPER MARKET THAT'S DOWN THE STREET WHICH SALES ALCOHOL, FOOD 9ALREADY MADE) AND GROCERY'S.. OVER ALL IT WAS A NICE APARTMENT WITH A NICE VIEW PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE POOL. YOU WILL DEF ENJOY IT ( YOU MUST RENT A CAR IF YOU WANT TO TRAVEL BUT IF NOT U ARE IN A GREAT AREA) I WILL DEF STAY THERE AGAIN I LOVED IT.
