Spend your vacation relaxing in our spacious one-level, ground floor, end unit, bay front condominium. The unit has fully tiled floors. The living room and each of the bedrooms open onto a bay front patio. The views from the patios are beautiful.
From the comfort of the patio enjoy your time watching people passing by on Bayside Walk and all the water activity on Sail Bay.
In front of the condo there is a large lawn area for picnicking, sitting in the sun and playing your favorite lawn games, or horseshoes on the sand. The sand beach and Santa Clara cove are just beyond the lawn. You can rent sailboats, catamarans, kayaks, wind surfers, jet skis, on Santa Clara Point a short walk around the cove.
At night you can watch the Sea World fireworks from the patios.
The beautiful Pacific Ocean is just steps away. Bike, surfboard, and body board rentals are available close by. In the evening you can walk over and watch a beautiful sunset.
The open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen provides for easy entertaining. The newly remodeled kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and cherrywood cabinets is fully equipped. Choose between eating in and enjoying the quiet serenity of Mission Bay or experience the excitement and activity of the North Mission Beach restaurants and nightlife just one block away on Mission Boulevard.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with vanity area separate from shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two full size beds, and the living room has two very comfortable leather sofas. The main bathroom is a full bath with tub, shower and large vanity.
There are three patio tables with chairs in all of the three patios and there is an outdoor gas grill available for your use.
Private parking for 2 cars: one car in a shared double garage and one car outside in the driveway.
Our property is a private home that we make available as a vacation rental to responsible guests. This is not a party house. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT. PLEASE NO PETS.

My girls and I stayed at this beautiful place last summer and it did not disappoint. John and Colleen were amazing to work with and John took a break from some of his "must do's" to help us put air in our bike tires :) The pictures are absolutely true to form -- and the property is a perfect size -- roomy yet not too big... what they don't show are the unobstructed view of the Sea World fireworks during the summer months and the most incredible little bfast restaurant just around the corner (less than a block away) -- it was magic and we plan to do it again.. Would highly recommend it.

My husband and I together with my sister and her family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, renting a boat to go out on the water and hanging out on the beach. It was nice and quiet and very relaxing. Location was fantastic with plenty of places to eat and drink! We will definitely come back!

We (two 60+ year-olds and a 91 year old) just completed a four week stay at the Mission Bay condo and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect - you could watch the sunrise from your patio and, in the evening, walk 2 blocks and see the sun set over the ocean. During spring break week, it was particularly nice to be on the quieter Bay Side. The pelicans put on a dazzling display. It was an easy drive to local attractions, such as Balboa Park, Sea World, and other beautiful San Diego beaches. The accomodations worked perfectly and it was great to have an enclosed garage. We saw Colleen and John twice while we were there and they were extremely helpful. On our first morning walk, we got hooked by the smell of fresh baked cinnamon rolls and sticky buns coming from the bakery on the ocean side of Santa Clara Ct - on Wednesdays, you get two for the price of one. We hope to return to Mission Bay soon. Thanks, Colleen and John for sharing!

This is our second year to visit this paradise. The grassy area was heavenly for the babies, as was the large patio. I believe our plan is to be back next year. We're so happy we found this wonderful place.
