There is plenty of parking for boats and RV's. There is a 18 hole golf course within one mile. The house is 18 miles from the Bullhead/Laughlin Casinos and 13 miles fom the sand bar.

We stayed here March 2011 and totally enjoyed it. The property was very clean and well furnished, with lots of linens and cookware. Location is across the river from Needles, and 20 minutes from Bullhead City for shopping, groceries and casinos. Two hours from Las Vegas made a wonderful drive, as well as Oatman, and Lake Havasu. We fully enjoyed the large porch and windows overlooking the river. Bryan and Charlotte were very helpful with any questions we had.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We have just stayed here, 1/9-15-2011 - it was as wonderful as listed, if not more so. We would definitely recommend this property to others. It was convenient to Oatman, and if you like the gambling style, Bullhead City and Laughlin, also Lake Havasu .. The house itself was extremely clean, very well apppointed with lots of palms ! We especially loved the large deck overlooking the river and beach area ..
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
