The beautiful Woodland Valley Creek runs right through the backyard and offers trout fishing and a place to cool off. Spend the days or nights of Indian summer on a lovely, screen porch and listen to the stream only feet away. Nestle up to the woodburning stove at night.

Only 15 minutes to Woodstock and two hours to New York City. The property has a feeling that can only be experienced in person.

  • My husband and two small children spent two days/nights here in late October. This is an incredible piece of property.  We loved sitting in the kitchen nook listening to and watching the water rush through the creek and the kids loved running around in the yard and exploring.  It was difficult to leave!

  • We've rented for two summers and couldn't have imagined anything better. The stream behind the house is absolutely amazing with king fishers skimming the surface of the water flying upstream looking for fish. For a feeling of country and being completely removed- this is the place. The screened in porch was especially tranquil.
