Seaside house located in beautiful private area of the quaint town of Marion, Massachusetts, situated on Sippican Harbor, on the southeast coast of Massachusetts above Cape Cod area. Marion is about one hour from Boston and Providence with easy access to Cape Cod. Sippican Harbor offers the warm salt waters of Buzzards Bay and is known as an excellent and safe boating, swimming and fishing harbor.
Marion is a charming walking and biking town with general store, art center, gift and antique shops, library, post office, boat yards, golfing, yacht club, tennis, elaborate children's playground, and nearby restaurants.
This is a beautiful spot to get away from it all and relax by the sea. Hear the birds singing and the water washing onto the shore. You will not want to leave here. Book your vacation early at this very desirable and popular waterfront home.
This contemporary house, the owner's personal home, is located on a quiet private association island accessible by car over a causeway, surrounded by water.
Secluded at the end of the island, this raised two-story home's first floor has floor-to-ceiling glass on the waterfront side with panoramic views of the harbor, large cathedral ceiling, dining and living rooms look out on the waterfront, large waterfront deck off living and dining rooms, shaded deck at back of house with view of boat anchorage and tip of island.
Second floor has four bedrooms off balcony with views of harbor; queen-size bed, double bed, single bed, plus built-in bunk bed set for two children; full bath, and small deck off master bedroom.
Dine and relax on the large waterfront deck and watch the sailboat races. Swim in front of house or at the causeway beach; common boat dock, and launching ramp. Walk along the shore's sandbar near house in search of colorful seaglass, interesting seashells, and ocean-washed stones. Outside shower for rinsing off after returning from beach. Safe biking and walking on island's roads.
House must be left in clean move-in condition for next tenant. A professional cleaning company familiar with the house is available at a moderate cost at tenant's expense. Arrangements must be made in advance. Linens, blankets and towels must be left washed and folded.
If rental period is shown as reserved on calendar, call to be on cancellation list.
References required prior to signing rental agreement. Rentals run from noon on Sunday to noon on Saturday. Additional days can be pro-rated on daily basis. Security deposit is required, payable with second 50% of rent two weeks prior to occupying house.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Two-week minimum rentals .. $2500/week; Discount over two-week period.
Rental fee includes cleaning after vacating at end of stay; $300 deposit due at
booking, and 50% of total rental fee is due at signing of rental agreement.
Balance of rent and full security is due 2 weeks prior to occupancy.
Security deposit equal to one-week's rent. In the event of
cancellation of agreement by tenant money paid is non-refundable unless tenant
is found for same period or part of period, & money will be refunded on a pro-
rated basis of rental replacement less a $100 administrative fee.
