The Villa Milano House is very centrally located in the
beautiful Tuscany Development of Rancho Mirage.

No expense has been spared in insuring the utmost in luxury, comfort and privacy for their guests in this beautiful home. Inside, the house is furnished with oversized furniture and comfortable fabrics and draperies.
The game room is complete with game table and all
the board game favorites as well as a comfortable leather chair for reading your favorite books.
There is a 60" widescreen TV in the Great room with surround sound perfect for watching your favorite movie or game and watch them come to life.
The oversized master
bedroom (separate from the other two bedrooms) is complete with an oversized padded headboard and a custom sofa at the foot of the bed, as well as a 32" TV.
The master bath is finished with tumbled marble.

The owners contracted one of the areas finest pool and landscape
design firms, which did an amazing job in creating a lush, relaxing and very private atmosphere of the outside areas.
From the quaint private front courtyard
with it's trickling Italian fountain
to the very private rear yard with it's lush landscape,
inviting pool, spa, and outdoor fireplace.
