This charming Sea Grove home is a relaxing place for couples, friends and families. "Go Fish" is tastefully decorated and has every amenity you need for a great beach vacation. Our home is located in "Grove By The Sea" which is an exclusive community situated less than 1/2 mile to the beach and a mile from downtown Seaside. The neighborhood is ideal for kids to play and ride bikes.
You can relax on the private, screened porch, walk to the beach, or take a dip in the pool just yards away from the house! Be sure to bike into Seaside (about five minutes on bicycle) for shopping, restaurants, free evening movies, and family fun on the quad! Our beaches are never crowded and are a short ten minute walk or 2 minute bike ride(less than 1/2 mile to the beach).
"Go Fish" has a charming screened-in porch and inside our home you will find a beach cottage atmosphere. This is a one-story home. There is a gourmet kitchen equipped with every appliance to meet your cooking needs. There is a fully-working kitchen complete with plates, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, etc. The kitchen is open to the living area and divided by a breakfast bar. There is a dining table inside and one on the porch. We also have a back porch with a new gas grill.
The living area has 2 sofas, digital cable, TV, VCR, DVD player, CD player and plenty of free movies to enjoy. The master bedroom has a queen bed and it's own bath with sink and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds. There is a washer and dryer and another full bath adjacent to these secondary bedrooms.
Outside you will find a delightful private, outdoor shower. We have a separate storage shed with bikes for your use, as well as, some beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.

My mother and I rented this house for four days at an exceptional rate. The quality of the house and the small community where it is located is very consistent with a Seaside experience without the noise, traffic and constant passers-by. The house was very clean with all the modern conveniences (except coffee filters...no matter the money we saved afforded us plenty of coffee filters). The owners graciously allow their guests access to any of the 20 bikes in their shed as well. The location is a quick bike ride (20 min walk) to the beach or Seaside(30 min walk). The access to the beach is right across the street from the neighborhood and is also not overrun with people. There are 2 artfully concealed community pools, a tennis court, and a playground in the small well-shaded development. You feel like you have the place to yourself. I often rent based on these reviews but this house has not had one for a while. I hope this helps those considering this property.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

My favorite place in the whole world! A place where my family can come every year to make memories and unwind. This home is impecable and feels like your own. An incredible steal at these prices!
