2 night minimum stay required.
Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday.
A 50% Deposit required, tax not included.
Full payment is due 21 days prior to your arrival date.
If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded unless we are
able to rent the home for the full term of your reservation.
In the event of a refund, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.
