Stuck in the condo

The first day the condo door broke as soon as we got out luggage in. We were stuck inside for several hours while a locksmith had to use some sort of blow up device to pry the door open. No replacement part available. Had to lock the dead bolt to keep door closed. Washer broken when arrived. No spin cycle. Owner called repair group to fix halfway through the vacation. Had to wear some sort of shoes the entire week due to the black that would shoe up on your feet. Two weeks after the vacation 150 dollars is removed from my checking account without authorization. Condo is spacious. People can leave their canopies set up all week. We were able to leave the beach toys by our rented chairs all week.
Owner response:This guest did infract damage the electronic door lock, washer and both products were recently purchased (within the last 90 days) which caused them to need emergency service to be repaired. We were able to have them repaired under warranty so they would not incur any out of pocket expense. The cleaning service did photo and document the premises upon Mr. Vic's departure showing the condition that they left the condo. The condo was left extremely dirty, with large amounts of hair thru out the condo, bath areas etc. The hair appears to be from an individual possibly going thru some type of chemo treatment, which causes hair loss. This caused all drawers, furniture, cabinets, tubs washer, windows etc. to be deep cleaned spending several additional hours to prepare the condo for the next guest. To date this guest has not paid any additional fees for cleaning.
