The Beach Bungalow is a four bedroom vintage seaside cottage delightfully renovated and decorated in blue and white. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the house is around the corner from Sunset Cove, a beautiful tree lined beach for swimming and boating.
The spacious screened in front porch has a sitting area at one end, table and chairs for casual dining at the other. Guests especially love this family friendly space. At the rear of the house, assessable from the kitchen, is a large back deck complete with picnic tables and gas grill. Both the front porch and rear deck provide wonderful spaces for families to congregate and relax together.
Four bedrooms and one full bath are all on the first floor. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bedroom with a full-size bed, one bedroom with two twins and another with a twin over twin trundle. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and ceiling fans in them. Linens and towels are included.
The bungalow offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher for preparing meals, and a dining room perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal with family or friends. The living room is delightfully cozy and comfortable with ample seating.
In the basement you will find a pool table and ping pong table, great for those rainy days, and laundry facilities and a second shower/toilet, ideal for a quick rinse off after a day at the beach!!
Off street parking is available for two vehicles.
During the summer, the bungalow is available for weekly rentals. In the spring and late fall, nightly rates are available. Monthly rental during the winter. Please call for more information or special needs.
