Beautiful, smoke-free two-story oceanview/beachview condominium with private balconies overlooking pool and beach. This rare two level unit has two balconies; one on main floor (4th floor) and one off Master Bedroom (3rd floor). Unit has great views of ocean, beach and pool area.

As our guests at this private all-season resort you will have access to South Carolina's famous long white sand beaches. The Resort has seven exclusive tennis courts, a Starbucks, Restaurant, jogging trails, bike paths, spa, and a spectacular lazy river and pool complex which you will also have the right to use.

Each bedroom has private bathroom. Linens and towels provided. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own cable tv, and private bath with jetted tub with seperate his and her vanity areas. Second bedroom has double bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds.

Main den, kitchen, and dining room on upstairs floor and bedrooms on downstairs floor. Great for privacy with family or friends.

TV with VCR and DVD unit and spacious den for fun with everyone.

Terms: 10% deposit upon making the reservation and the remainder is due 90 days before arrival. You can receive a refund minus the 10% deposit up to 60 days prior to arrival. After 60 days no refund is available unless someone else rents the same week.

  • Stayed in this lovely, spacious condo on the ocean Oct.7-14/07. Weather was superb. In the ocean every day. Condo was well supplied with amenities. Very clean with lots of room. Great view of Bridgewater pool and ocean. Resort here is absolutely beautiful, our 6th visit to Litchfield Beach. Highly recommend this condo and area to others.

  • Condo was fantastic. Great location near beach and pool. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The master bedroom had two bathrooms with connecting shower and tub. The grounds are very well kept. We would definitely recommend this condo.
