This stunningly beautiful apartment has just been renovated to an extremely high standard. It is central to all local amenities. Has air-conditioning and heating, with WI-FI. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bathrooms(2 en-suite) Situated in one of the main squares of the old town very close to shops, restaurants and local market. It is walking distance of the marina and beach, where you can hire boats or cruise down the fjord. The apartment is 20mins from Tivat where there is the new MARINA with its night clubs and bars/restaurants. As Montenegro uses the Euro, this at the moment make it a even more reasonable to visit.
Travel: Dubrovnik airport is 80km away and is served by BA, Croatian airlines and Thomson fly and is 1 hour and 20 mins away with a direct road to Kotor. Tivat is 20mins away and is served by Jat and Montenegro airlines. There are lots of car hire available at Dubrovnik which is most peoples choice.
Coast/Beach: Kotor is dotted with numerous small beaches approx 10 min walk, where you can swim and sunbathe. The larger beaches are found within 15-20 minutes drive. Jaz beach-27km. Sveti Stefan-35km.budva-30km which also has a walled city. Perast(churches on the island)-15 km.
There are also large hypermarkets through the tunnel(10 min by car).

Kotor Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site; the best preserved and certainly the most beautiful medieval town in the region which hosts many wonderful cafes and restaurants. The main town in the Boka bay region has a local market everyday (except Sunday) which has lovely fresh local organic produce. It has all the tourist facilities i.e banks/cashpoints, cinema etc. Boat trips are available from the beautiful marina outside the town. The path to the old fort has fantastic/ breathtaking bay views which are just Meters away. The 'old town' has so much historical architecture boasting some beautiful churches/museums.The fjord is located less than 100 meters from the apartment just outside the fortress walls which is officially 'one of the most beautiful bays in the world'.
Its worth noting that The Port of Montenegro with its trendy shops and fabulous restaurants is only a 10min drive away.
