Snuggle up in front of the lovely stone wood-burning fireplace or just feel the cozy warmth of the in-floor radiant heat as you walk around in your stocking feet. Built in 2001, you'll enjoy the rustic elegance of a true log home with unmatched privacy, adjacent to the national forest, all just minutes from the Breckenridge ski area.
The main floor has a sitting/tv room, family room with fireplace and wet bar, laundry room & bath, plus a gormet kitchen with granite counter tops, Jenn Air appliances including dish washer, trash compactor, disposal, double ovens, microwave and oversize refrigerator and breakfast bar. The seperate formal dining room is perfect for a family meal or a romantic dinner.
The upper floor has a king-size bed in the master bedroom with attached master bath, oversized bath tub for two and a luxurious dual-head shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. There is also an over-sized bath on this level complete with shower, bathtub and dual sinks.
The family game room/bedroom #4 is a 24'x 25' room with a private entrance from the garage and has a new pool table, ping pong table and additional bunk beds. There is also a full attached bath.
Our smoke-free home also has a full wraparound porch and an oversized heated two car attached garage.
