The Summer House

The Summer House is built on two acres of green hillside, high on the Vassilikos Peninsula. Overlooking one of the prettiest parts of the island, with olive groves and gently rolling hills, and on the north eastern side a string of beautiful and varied beaches, some with water sport facilities and small cantina style refreshment areas. The south coast is a designated nature reserve for the endangered loggerhead turtle, so there is no development there, and visitors are asked to vacate the secluded beaches from dusk till dawn.
As a whole, the Summer House sleeps 12-21 people, but is designed to also function as three completely independent units, the main house-with exclusive use of the pool, the apartment (sleeps four to six), and the studio (sleeps two to three). Each has its own private terrace from which to enjoy the stunning views of the sea below and the mainland beyond. The accommodation is airy and tranquil, not overlooked by any other properties, offering peaceful seclusion from which to enjoy the spectacular setting.
