This affordable rental home is the perfect vacation accommodation for small families, couples and singles alike. Utilize the fully equipped kitchen and save the additional meal costs of hotel stay. The lodge-like open floorplan is decorated in a Western theme with a leather camelback sofa set before a woodburning stove, rustic wall finishes and lots of historical bits and pieces throughout. You will find an extensive library of books for your down time. The main level has a full kitchen, livingroom and dining area. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a separate bunk area with two bunks (sleeps two). Also on this level is the over-sized bath and a washer and dryer. Above this level is a private loft with a queen bed (sleeps 2).
A five minute ride on the free shuttle to downtown brings you to some of the finest shopping and skiing in Colorado. The shuttle stop is located just 100 yards from the front door.

We are both transplants here in Colorado but have a combined 50 year history of living in this beautiful state. Our two children are now grown and gone from home. We are avid hikers and skiiers and felt sharing our home with others would be the perfect way to offer the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and the West as we have.
Why the Owner Chose Baldy Mountain Townhomes
We purchased this property as our primary home and lived in it for 15 years. During that time we became very attached to the area and all the amenities the town of Breckenridg has to offer. As our lives changed we reluctantly moved to a new location in Colorado but we still look forward to our visits to Breckenridge. The views are the prominent feature of this home. The Ten Mile Range is the view from the decks. You will see watercolor sunsets and watch huge storms creeping over the top of the mountains each and every day. We just love it!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
The location of this home is very convenient and offers a private residential ambiance. The free town shuttle picks up just a half block away and will drop you right at the Peak 8 Gondola. No driving and parking hassles! In summer time you can ride your bicycle or walk to town and then take the shuttle home, bike included! Our children love the freedom the shuttle affords and we love not having to shuttle them!

What a great place to stay! Breck, Keystone etc. really easy to get to by bus. (Really convenient bus stop!) Great way of going out in the evenings. Skiing was great - although the US meaning of icy is very different to the European! Managed to get to Keystone for a few days, but not to A-Basin or Copper - have to leave something to come back for. Many Many thanks for renting out such a super place!

Well the house is great! Like all of the others who have stayed, we loved the wood stove! Haven't had one of those since I was a kid!! Colorado is a beautiful state. Love the view from the porch. Loved town! Everyone was really nice. Went panning for gold. That was nice too! We hope to come back some time.
