Come relax, play and enjoy the beautiful coastline of northern Baja from this beautiful 2 bedroom Calafia Villa or several homes (from 2 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms)in the beautiful surfing community of Las Gaviotas, Rosarito. All homes have breathtaking views with all the ammenities of home. Both resorts are located south of Rosarito, with the villa on the historical Calafia point. The villa is close to the ocean with an amazing 180-degree sweeping view including the Coronado Islands. Calafia hosts a semi-private sandy beach, two pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, tennis court, pool table, workout rooms, tv lobbies with WIFI. Las Gaviotas is a quiet south facing beach which includes volleyball and tennis courts, children's park, putting green and shuffleboard.

Enjoy nearby Rosarito Beach with an abundance of excellent restaurants and local artisans, as well as the lobster village of Puerto Nuevo five minutes to the south. Golfers love the two outstanding, well-maintained and scenic golf courses (Baja Mar to the south and the Marriott's Real Del Mar to the north). Both within 20 minutes. Many excellent vineyards are also nearby.

Both communities are just minutes away from Fox Studio where the movie "Titanic" was filmed and tours are available. Calafia Resort and Las Gaviotas have 24/7 guard-gated security. Our homes are the perfect place for couples who want to get-away or a family vacation for large or small groups. Within a picture setting you will be treated to pelicans, dolphins, whales (January-March) and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets...and that is just the beginning!

Each bedroom is stocked with towels, linens, and hand soap. Please bring your own large pool/beach towels. Email is the best way to contact us as we check it several times a day! Maximum occupancy is two guests per bedroom with parking for two cars. One in garage, plus one in visitor parking area or in front of the house.

SORRY - NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED! Small dogs may be approved for Calafia Villa.

Security and cleaning deposits:
A security deposit of $200 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines, fees, or damages. A one-time cleaning fee per visit of $40 is collected for each home.

Check-In and Departure:
Check-in time is 3:00pm or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. Arrival and departure times may be changed by request and availability.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $200 processing fee) 45 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.

Reservations:
Reservations are on a first come basis. Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance must be received one month prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.

Sending Payment:
Make "Deposit (50% of payment)" or "Payment in Full" out to Carol Dawson. Send a "cashier's check" or "money order" or make "bank deposit" for the first payment. Send the check regular mail and not certified.
