Come relax, play and enjoy the beautiful coastline of northern Baja from Calafia Villa. This breathtaking Calafia Oceanview Resort is located south of Rosarito on the historical Calafia point. This elegant condo is close to the ocean with an amazing 180-degree sweeping view including the Coronado Islands. Enjoy nearby Rosarito Beach with an abundance of excellent restaurants and local artisans, as well as the lobster village of Puerto Nuevo five minutes to the south. Golfers love the two outstanding, well-maintained and scenic golf courses (Baja Mar to the south and the Marriott's Real Del Mar to the north). Both within 20 minutes. Many excellent vineyards are also near. We are just minutes away from Fox Studio where the movie "Titanic" was filmed. Calafia Resort is a 24/7 guard-gated community. A perfect place for couples who want to get-away or a family vacation for groups up to six people. Within a picture setting you will be treated to pelicans, dolphins, whales (January-March) and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets...and that is just the beginning! Each bedroom is stocked with towels, linens, and hand soap. Please bring your own large pool/beach towels. Email is the best way to contact us as we check it several times a day! Maximum occupancy is six guests with parking for two cars. One in assigned parking space, plus one in visitor parking area. SORRY - NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED! Security and cleaning deposits: A security deposit of $250 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines, fees, or damages. A one-time cleaning fee per visit of $40 is collected for this home. Check-In and Departure: Check-in time is 3:00pm or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $200 processing fee) 45 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. Reservations: Reservations are on a first come basis. Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit or payment in full. The remaining balance must be received one month prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result. Sending Payment: Make "Deposit (50% of payment)" or "Payment in Full" out to Beth Bemiss. Send a "cashier's check" or "money order" for the first payment. Send the check regular mail and not certified.
