  I just returned from this property and I have to say it is my top choice. I have been staying in Mission Beach since 1990 and always stay at the Oceanfront Walk addresses which puts you right on the boardwalk in front of the ocean. This beach house has everything you need, just bring your food and drinks and you will be ready to chill and enjoy. The location is premium, you are in close walking distance to all of the eateries, grocery stores and shopping. We spent most of our time on the patio for obvious reasons...but, the inside is very relaxing as well. Can say enough about the owner Ron as well, my truck would not fit int he 2 car garage so he offered the parking lot at one of his business right around the corner at no extra cost! Thanks Ron, we will be back !!!

  My family and i spent a week , loved the location and the condo was great good large rooms and great patio . i would love to spend my vacation there again , oh and watching the dolphins each morning was great too location was close to everything

  We had a blast! This is one of the best locations on Mission Beach. Everything was exactly as described. We are making plans to stay there next year.

  I don't often leave reviews but after such a wonderful vacation I had to say, "Thank You"! This oceanfront property is amazing! This is the second time we have had a chance to stay and enjoy our vacation here. The location is so much fun! We sipped wine on the patio as the kids played on the beach. Fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The kitchen is wonderful and had everything I needed! I love to run and and enjoyed stepping out the patio door to a carefree run on the beach! The unit is beautiful! Thank you for sharing! We hope to come back soon for another memorable family vacation beachside!

  You may want to do your homework before you rent this unit. There are other units in this price range that are better appointed. My family has been vacationing in Mission Beach for 5 years. This unit upon arrival was not entirely cleaned or stocked with normal necessary items. The windows had not been washed and the floors had not been well cleaned. The unit was "tired looking" and was in need of paint and sprucing up. There were two used rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and no cleaning supplies. There were five lights burned out. There were also insufficient hangers and towels for a 3 bedroom unit, which we had to purchase among other items. A towel rack was hanging off the wall in one bathroom, a closet door was missing in a bedroom and there were no dresser drawers in one of the bedrooms. The bed shams were dirty. The area rug in the living room was very dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned. The closet doors in the master bedroom were off their tracks and rusted as was the intake air vent in the kitchen area. This unit has only one TV. Upon our arrival there was a party until 4am in the third story unit and 3:30am the following night in the 2 story unit. It did quiet down after those two parties. The location is good, next to restuarants, shops and grocery stores. We would not reccommend this unit for families or older couples.

I will garrentee that my place has what you need and if it is not cleaned to your satisfaction I will send a cleaning crew to reclean the home and or the windows for your viewing pleasure.
