Lake Marion is a beautiful private community 35 minutes from Disney, Universal, Sea World and all the wonderful Orlando attractions! But when you need some time to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Florida weather, Lake Marion is the place. Enjoy the pool, try your hand at tennis, fish or just enjoy the breathtaking lake. Several golf courses are nearby as are Cypress Gardens, and air boat rides. The East or West Coast Beaches are just one hour away.
Our unit is only one story so there are no stairs, no one on top of you making noise. There is only a neighbor on one side! The master bedroom suite (with private bath) is separate from the other bedrooms which provides privacy.

We stayed in this villa for 2 months in 2011. We loved it. The property is well maintained and we especially liked the 24 hour gated community. All the people in the community are extremely friendly and it is nice to know that a lot of them return year after year for the winter months (snowbirds). The owner is very approachable. Thanks Joan....
