Cozy little bungalow that is close to everything, the beach, shopping, restaurant's, Crystal Pier, and famous Garnett Street, but yet tucked away on a quiet street. Once you arrive, you will not have to get back in your car until you leave. Unlike Mission Beach where there are few restaurant's and little shopping, this location has the best beach close by for all activities including great surfing, but also has over a dozen restaurant's within three blocks.
This house has hardwood floors, two leather sofa's (one a queen-size sleeper), Sony 34-inch
high definition XBR DirectTV DVR with DVD in the living room, 42inch High Definition LCD with DirectTV & DVD in Master bedroom, 27 inch XBR including XBox in the second bedroom. The backyard has a private deck with a Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, barbecue and table with six chairs and a second table and chairs. A full kitchen with gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and teak table with six chairs will make for comfortable cooking/dining. But you will probably want to walk the one to three blocks to eat at the many great restaurants instead.

Some of SoCal's Best Surfing and People Watching is just steps from your door, Several Rental Shops are within two blocks for Bikes, Surf and Boogie Boards, Skates, Skateboards, Jet Skis, Etc, Shopping and Restaurants are great within walking distance, but if you want the most upscale available anywhere in the world, La Jolla Village is just a five-minute drive north, Downtown and the Gaslamp District as, well as the Airport are 15 minutes away, Sea World and the World Class San Diego, Zoo are five and 15 minutes respectively, there are activities too numerous to list for this Wonderful City of San Diego, but a more extensive list will be provided with your vacation, along with some local knowledge and opinion

Balance due 60 days prior to stay.
