A beautiful historic home in the Village of Elk Rapids, located in a premier location close to beaches, tennis and basketball courts, park, marina/harbor, movie theater, village shopping and restaurants. Casinos are about 15 minutes away (Traverse City)!

This location is about four hours from Metro Detroit, 15 minutes north of Traverse City, and 30 minutes south of Charlevoix. Very charming historic home with french doors, original bay window and stained glass, maple floors, enclosed glass/screen porch.

Renovated in 2007, it is ready to offer you a large sun porch with sitting area, living room with sofa, loveseat, armoire with 32 inch TV with full cable, DVD, library with desk, reading chair with ottoman, new family room off kitchen with futon, double chair, large TV with full cable, lots of windows that overlook large yard, all new kitchen in 2005 featuring island cooktop, white cabinets, and stainless steel cooktop, oven, diswasher, fridge.

Master bedroom is located on the first floor with queen-size bed and dresser and closet. New bathroom with full shower and sink/toilet for master bathroom. Upstairs are the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms. Bedroom, (2) has two twin beds, desk, nightstand, and two walk-in closets. Bedroom (3) has a queen-size bed with two dressers, and walk-in closet, Bedroom (4) can be used as a master- large with queen bed, dresser, closet. Upstairs there is a 1/2 bath with sink and toilet to service the bedrooms up. Home has maple floors throughout first level except for new step down family room which is newely carpeted. Second level is newely carpeted except 1/2 bath up which is bamboo hardwood. The main bathroom is on the first floor- large with full tub and sink.

There is a doorwall in the kitchen nook that leads to a wood deck, gas grill and patio furniture. Yard is large and grassy and has a kids wood play structure. There is a blacktop driveway in the backyard outside of the garage (garage will be locked).

There is a full washer and dryer in the basement
