Enjoy our fantastic oceanfront condo that has been totally renovated and kept updated for the discriminating vacationer wanting something well maintained with the decor of an upscale beach home! This is not your ordinary rental at the beach. We have gone the extra mile to add things you don't find elsewhere! We want you have the BEST vacation ever when you stay with us!
If you have been disappointed or are tired of staying in run down, non-maintained properties, then ours is the one for you! If you are a college student coming to the beach to 'party' ours is probably not the one for you.
This is our home too for vacationing and we want to share that experience with you! Just park the car and start RELAXING! Walk the beach, see the island by bike and avoid the traffic! This is the "BEST" location on the island at North Forest Beach! You are in the middle of all the action-yet very secluded! Walk to Boutiques, Beach Shops, Restaurants, Grocery Stores and more in Coligny Plaza (Heart of the Town of Hilton Head). Wake up and walk or bike the widest beach area on the island! Have fun next door at the Holiday Inn's "Tiki Hut" and enjoy refreshments, beach volleyball and live music!
Easy access just down the street to Sea Pines Plantation, where you can visit the Lighthouse, more Shopping, Restaurants, Jet Skiing, Concerts, Dinner/Dolphin Cruises, Golf and TONS more!
Our unit is located on the top floor (third), center (see arrow in photo), giving you the best view of the beach! Our unit comfortably sleeps four. We have a Queen-size Sleeper sofa, Bunk beds, and a Queen-size bed in the bedroom. Lots of storage for your things as well. 4 guests is the Maximum we allow!
We also have a washer & dryer for your convenience! Most places don't have this or you have a "community" area. Our Kitchen is stocked with everything you should need! Huge island has breakfast bar complete with barstools! We also supply laundry soap & dryer sheets, paper products, fluffy towels, hair dryer, first aid supplies, coffee, tea, condiments, cooking spices and other things, so you don't have to buy these things & can use the extra money on your vacation! Though, don't forget your beach towels and suntan lotion!
This quaint beach complex is easy to get around! There's a heated pool, kiddie pool, some covered parking and grounds are beautifully landscaped! Originally from Northern Michigan, currently residing in Atlanta for over 20 some years, Hilton Head has been our 'escape' for at least the last 13+ years! HHI is unlike so many other vacation beach locations and hard to describe-you don't see the ocean until you get to it, very secluded with lush landscaping and extremely pampered! Very eco friendly. Lots of great bike trails, which is the best way to see the island. One of those places you really relax, and when you get home, don't feel like you need another vacation! Always loved the Breakers, just the right size for couples or small families! Once you wake up looking at the amazing beach-you'll keep coming back-we have! Enjoy!

My wife and I honeymoonwd at Teri & Dane's condo. First, they are excellent to work with. This was my first time renting a honeymoon/vacation condo, and believe that I was lucky to get to handle business with them. Second, their condo is great. For two people, it had everything we needed and plenty of space to move around. At no time did we feel cramped. The fridge had some essentials in it. There were kitchen utensils, plates, etc for us to use. The sheets on the bed were good quality. Extra everything was available. There was even laundry detergent (we forgot). We enjoyed sitting out on the patio (at night mostly, but any time was great) and listening to the ocean. Being on the 3rd floor and centered was great also. No stomping above us, and the view of the beach/pool area was great. You could look out at night and see the ships going up the coast from Savannah. The Breakers itself is in a great part of HHI. Coligny is DIRECTLY across the street. It has great food, shops, and fun for any age. There is also a grocery store there for more substantial needs. If you need a walmart/target/walgreens, there is one less than 10 mins from the condo. The beach at the Breakers is beautiful. Its really flat with a lot of white sand and wet sand. When we were there, the surf was pleasant (not too rough, but not placid either). The whole area seemed really conducive to either couples or families. My wife and I noted the large amount of 4 person families staying at the breakers. Parking is good and widely available. Some covered parking is available (if you're lucky and catch an open spot, probably 50% of the time). However, there was always a spot available near the stairwell. Check-in and check-out were quite simple. Punch in the number and your key pops out. To check out, put the key back in the holder. The Breaker's location affords a good amount of island exploring. Nothing is too far away, and just about anything you'd want is within walking distance. Overall, my wife and I found this condo exceeded our expectations we gathered from the pictures/descriptions. Also, for what you get out of the condo and the breaker's location, this unit is well worth more than Teri and Dane would ask you to pay. Would I come back to this condo again? Absolutely yes. Also, when on Hilton Head Island, you MUST eat at the Salty Dog Cafe, the Crazy Crab, and Steamer Seafood (in Coligny), and ask someone for directions if you go looking for the Shelter Cove Marina (says my wife).

We stayed here last March. It was our first trip to HHI. We loved the special touches & beautiful decor in the living room & kitchen. Our boys loved the bunks & the bar stools. We spent the week searching for sand dollars & starfish; found many every day. It was a beautifully maintained condo, and we pretty much didn't have to move our car all week. The sound (& view) of the ocean at our patio door was incredible ! To top it off, we saw dolphins from our balcony daily. Highly recommended !

I have rented Teri and Dane's Hilton Head condo twice and loved it each time. It is right on the beach, so easy to separate from family without debating who gets the car. Teri and Dane have set up their unit as a home away from home, all the small touches they added make the place feel comfortable. I will stay here again on my next trip to Hilton Head.

We just got back from HHI and our stay at The Breakers #325. It was our first visit to HHI and we were simply swept off our feet!!! Teri and Dane your condo was exceptional. Your attention to detail made our stay so comfortable not to mention how clean and oranized your unit was! The view was spectacular and the weather was perfect. I'm almost afraid to go back because everything was so perfect, we were spoiled! It was so easy dealing with you over the phone and you were so accommodating even at the last minute. The location of The Breakers was ideal, you never had to use your car. Everything was in walking distance and my son and husband loved riding bikes all over the island and the beach. My son especially loved the bunk beds and the very comfortable couches in the living room. The third floor location allowed for the best veiws of the ocean and the peacefulness of the waves crashing on the shore. It was just so relaxing. Thank you so much for making your home available to me and my family for a memorable and wonderful vacation!! You'll be hearing from us again! Definitely would recommend this unit.

Beautiful property. Well appointed, tastefully furnished, with many little extras. Everything was new, well maintained and spotless. No bargain basement sheets and towels here. We were 3 adults and managed very well in the space. Love seat as well as a couch in the living room was a nice plus. The snack bar was perfect for the 3 of us. It is on the third floor, so be prepared for the stairs but well worth the climb. Location is very central. Across the street from good restaurants and shopping, yet secluded and quiet. View from the balcony overlooks the beach with the pool in the foreground. No noise problems; just the sound of the ocean. My first visit to Hilton Head and I hope not my last. I highly recommend this property.
