Location: Evian, Shipyard, Island Areas, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, USA
Accommodations: Townhouse Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 4-7)
Please enjoy our beautiful vacation home. Hilton Head is truly a wonderful island, with beaches, tennis, golf, shopping, fishing, boating and a wide variety of vacation amenities and activities. Where Else Can You Enjoy Bicycling on the Beach and the Wonderful Bike Trails Through Out the Island?
On Hilton Head are a variety of options for places to stay, Shipyard plantation is, in our opinion, the best. Centrally located, near to everything, beautifully landscaped, and protected for owners and renters only, behind two security guarded entrances. Tennis, Golf and private beach access all within the gates. Of the complexes within Shipyard, Evian is an exceptional complex, with acres of space, many lagoons, and it is own pool and lighted tennis courts.
Our unit is a two bedroom, two and half bath. It can sleep up to seven. Upstairs there is a King-size bed and private bathroom with oversize bathtub in the master suite. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and an additional pull-out single couch. Downstairs in the living room is a Queen-size sleeper sofa. Our unit has all the comforts of home, even board games and kid activities.
We are located at the South entrance of Evian, closest to the beach, a short walk or bike ride to the beach club, and only a short stroll to the Evian pool and tennis courts. The Van De Meer tennis center and Crowne Plaza Hotel are just around the corner.
