Fresh paint, new carpet and new furnishings make this spacious penthouse condo plush, luxurious and comfortable! Located in the exclusive Green Valley area, Sports Village is THE resort of choice within minutes of downtown St. George, where shopping and restaurants are original and plentiful!

With all the amenities at Sports Village, it is difficult to decide whether to play THERE, or take in some of the many activities close-by. With 11 golf courses to choose from (four of which are championship calibre), 100 miles of local paved bike paths, Snow Canyon with its beautiful red rock formations (seven miles away), the world class Green Valley Spa and Resort (across the street), the Vic Braden Tennis College (at the Green Valley Spa), not to mention three of Utah's most glorious National Parks - Zion National Park (45 minutes away), Bryce Canyon (one and a half hours away) and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon (two hours away). Of course the casinos and golf courses of Mesquite, Nevada are a mere 30 minutes away, and Las Vegas only 90 minutes away! In under two hours you can be at Lake Mead!

The extra large deck of this condo overlooks the tennis courts, and is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or take in the beautiful sunsets. Hiking/biking trails are accessible from the parking areas of the complex.

There is an 8X 10 locked storage area for your bikes and gear. This unit is NO Smoking and NO Pets. Maximum occupancy of ten and No sleeping bags.

We have tried to accommodate every need to enable you to enjoy your vacation experience in wonderful St. George!

VRBO Bear stayed here - 07/01/2007 Wow! My trip to St. George, UT was great, but even better was my accommodation. This condo has EVERYTHING a bear could ask for!!

In the condo I found a full kitchen, two large rooms, and a BEARY comfortable living room area, where I could sit back and relax, not to mention all the games, puzzles, tennis racquets, and other toys to keep anyone busy.

In the complex there was a large club house with mini golf, ping pong, TV, racquetball courts, a swimming pool and hot tub. Close to the club house was another pool and hot tub, and the best part is the newly refinished tennis courts.

I had a GREAT time and can't wait to go back to St. George and stay in this condo!
