We had a great time! There was cable in master and living room. The booking process was very easy. Bob was very responsive to my emails, and he made the whole process very simple. He provided documentation which I appreciate having with the details I needed. I loved the open kitchen/dining/living room open concept which was the one of the reason I pick this place. The value was very affordable with updated fixtures. The kitchen had everything we needed, even condiments we forgot to bring. There were little notes all over the house that we appreciated very much. We all had a great weekend. Thanks!

It is a beautiful home, the owner was extremly helpful, my family had a great time. When we got there it was very clean, it is spacious and everything is in excellent condition. We would love to go back and stay there on our next vacation to Tahoe. I definetly recommend it to anyone and I give it a five star rating.

We have had a super holiday here. Made all the better by fabulous weather for end of season skiing. The lodge is in a great position near the shop and Kings Beach. The children did enjoy sledging in the meadow behind the lodge but were disappointed not to see a bear. The neighbour said they really do visit! The lodge is really well equipped and very spacious. It was clean and well presented. I recommend this lodge particularly for families and if we ever visit North Lake Tahoe again we will stay here.

Group of 8 adults and 2 children. We found the house very suitable and comfortable for our group and needs. Excellent location. The parking for 4 cars was great. The kids used the sleds for sledding just out back. Nice TV reception/channels- able to play Blu Ray movies. Well stocked and nice kitchen very much appreciated. A bit bright in the Master Bedroom in the morning-but nothing an eye mask won't cure. Transactions with pleasant owner w/o complications. May be back next year!

We had a family reunion over the holidays, and the house was great. Nice location close to North Star skiing, border casinos and town of Kings Beach. Lots of space and great rental price for a house this nice. Big kitchen that was well stocked as well. We would definitely recommend to others. Also, a nice Safeway is not too far away foes supplies

Our family reunion at Boca del Kujo this past week ( August, 2011) was wonderful. The description of the house was totally accurate. Using the floor plan & layout that Bob had sent me prior to our arrival helped in bedroom assignments. It was very comfortable for our 12 family members. The kitchen was terrific. We were able to have most of our meals here and table seating was comfortable for all of us.Safeway Supermarket is close by in town...There was no lack of dishware, glasses, cups or cooking utensils & serving dishes to make our meals delightful. Since there are only 3 bathrooms, the lockers in the downstairs communal bathroom were a nice touch to keep everyone's toiletries neat and out of the way.Location, location, location....The location was excellent...we were a 5 minute ride from King's Beach..music on the beach on Friday evenings was a hit! It was 3 minutes by car to the Tahoe Rim Trailhead where we hiked and saw some incredible views of the lake. It was an easy drive to Sand Harbor Beach in Nevada for kayaking & relaxing on one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited. 20 minutes got us to Tahoe City for river rafting and on another day 20 minutes got us to the cute town of Truckee. Not to be missed is a trip to Emerald Bay! Did I mention sailing on Zephyr Cove?...August was a spectacular time to visit and staying at Boca Del Kujo enhanced our very magical trip!

The Boca Del Kujo was more than we could have ever expected. It was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay complete and the cleanliness of this home was unbelievable. The proximity to the Lake & surrounding towns worked out perfectly, and we really enjoyed relaxing on the deck that overlooks a beautiful wooded area! The only complaint we had from our group was that we all hated to leave! Thanks to Bob for making the entire reservation process so trouble free. We are hoping to be able to make the Boca Del Kujo our "home away from home" again next summer!

We were three families with kids visiting Lake tahoe for a relaxing vacation and Boka Del Kuja was the perfect place to enjoy the vacation. It is a beautiful and comfortable property with everything you need. They even have few sleds available in the garage that kids used to play in the snow in backside meadows of the house. We would certainly consider the property for our future visits.

I researched a LOT of places to stay for my Tahoe vacation. From the south side to the north side I knew location was very important. With the heavy snow that Tahoe had (while we were there as well as leaving), the location had great access from I-80 (get a 4WD/AWD in snow months), as well as having the driveway plowed. It snowed so much one night even the pizza man would not deliver, but by the next morning our driveway and road had been plowed. I drove out the garage to the Safeway (a short drive down the road by the lake) and watched as others were digging their cars out and was glad I had rented the Boca Del Kujo. Being from Florida, I'd never driven in snow but this was never a problem. The 5 bedrooms were more than adequate for my family, and we loved the variety of sleds provided which the kids used to play on the sledding hill. We did bring inner tubes to sled with which were very fun as well. My kids said they had more fun than they ever expected and literally told me, "Dad, you rock!", for renting such a great place. They asked me about coming back while we were still there. It was such an excellent experience, and the owners were very professional throughout the whole rental process that I would easily pick the Boca Del Kujo to stay at again.

Our group of 10 (6 adults, 4 young children) had the pleasure of staying at Boca Del Kujo this past January, 2011. From the well-appointed granite kitchen, ample seating (dinner table/bar stool, family room sofas), comfortable beds, and functional floor plan (large great room on the upper floor; bedrooms on the lower floor), our expectations were exceeded and we were thrilled with the accommodations there. The lovely neighborhood location so close to Northstar Resort, and Kings Beach shopping made getting around very convenient. We appreciated the use of the sleds at the house and spent some time on the snow covered hill in the meadow nearby, too. As a matter of fact, we had such a great time that at the end of our 3-nights' stay, we all wish that we had booked for longer! A big thank-you to Bob, the owner, for his prompt and thorough communication during the process and afterwards. We will definitely plan to return to Boca Del Kujo again, and would highly recommend this wonderful, clean, and comfortable vacation home to our friends and family.

It's hard to bring 3 generations under one roof for a winter vacation but this home made it all easy with the wonderful sleeping accommodations, great kitchen and proximity to ski areas. The frequency of plowers helped in getting in and out as well. Overall a great experience and kids are asking to do it again soon!

This is a wonderful cabin: very comfortable and very clean. We stayed with 2 couples and all our kids. We had a great time. And it is very conveniently located: short driving distance from Northstar and from the Lake. And Bob was great to deal with for the various steps of the rental process.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Boca Del Kujo very much. The house was great, it had everything we needed. I brought my Momm (whom has bad knees) and she was very comfortable on the first floor. She loved her room and bath. All the beds were very comfy. The house over all was wonderful. We also loved the location, very easy to get around. We will be back. We give Boca Del Kujo a 10.

The home comfortably accommodated three families. There is a large living, dining, kitchen area and the quality of home and furnishings makes this a lovely home away from home. The sledding hill in the back was loads of fun and the fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus.
