    We have stayed at Luci's condo multiple times over the last few years and the condo has always been very clean. We will always rent from her when we take a vacation at PCB. The condo is very economical, located close to resturants and activities, and the condo has great views of the gulf. Thank you Luci for allowing us to use your condo providing us with outstanding vacations over and over again. See you in September or October.

    What a great view! It was so to just set and drink my coffee in the morning and see the ocean! Our kids loved the decorations. It was so nice to have our own little place right on the beach for at least a week. We would so love to be there again (like now)! Really enjoyed our stay and was very easy getting in and out. I really liked the game night Summit has for families. Thank you so so much for sharing our condo!!! We can't wait to stay again!!

    Thank you! We did have a very nice trip. I have been staying at the Summit now for 20+ years and must say your room by far is the nicest I have seen! I love the Summit, the location, pools, etc. My mother was staying at the Summit (different room) the week prior to when we were to arrive. Knowing this, we went down a couple days early and stayed in her room for the two days prior to our scheduled check in date. The room was ok, nothing special or at least let me say my son and his friend (both 13) were not impressed. However, when we checked into your room, both boys said “Sweet” this room is awesome! I think this speaks volumes about your place, for teenage boys to notice and care speaks volumes as far as I am considered! Thanks again, looking forward to our next trip!

    I've stayed at The Summutt for the past five years. This particular condo was extremely affordable and it was such a nice ammenity to have the beach chairs & umbrella included! The condo was extremely clean and well maintained and you cannot beat the view--directly in the center of the two pools. The owner was a pleasure to work with, prompt with emails and friendly. I would recommend this particular unit to anyone...younger children will love the sponge bob theme and murals on the walls. Hope to be back next year.

    The communication between Luci and I was excellent. We rented the condo 9/4/2010 - 9/11/2010. The condo was very clean, and we had all of the items for cooking and cleaning required for the week. The Summit facilities were great, and the view from this condo can not be beaten. The kitchen appliances were new and we did not have any complaints on anything pertaining to the condo. My wife and I are looking forward to renting this condo again in the future. I strongly recommend this condo to my family and friends. J & M Nashville, TN

    This condo was amazing! My kids loved the Spongebob & Nemo bunkbeds. I really enjoyed the fact that it had a beach theme throughout the whole condo. Luci was great to deal with. We happened to be going after the oil spill threat & she was very understanding. We received our damage deposit back quickly.     Dear Luci, I just wanted you to know that my mother and I had a wonderful trip to Panama City and really enjoyed your condo. It was decorated so cute and it was very clean when we arrived!     Luci, Just wanted to let you know how much the kids enjoyed their stay. They loved all the paintings on the walls. We never felt afraid being there alone and all the staff were very friendly. I must say I've travled many places in Florida and that beach was one of the most beautiful I've seen. We pick up numerous beautiful shells, and we couldn't have ask for any better weather. Plan to visit again and thanks for following up with us .

    We had a great time at the Summit # 816. The condo was very quaint and made me really felt like I was on vacation. The view was awesome and my husband and I spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the sunsets and watching our grandkids play below in the pool. Though we couldn’t find time to take the children to see fireworks 7/4 (the night before we left for vacation), they were not let down. A barge was pulled up in the water at the club beside The Summit on Saturday night and they had an exciting fireworks display. The children were in awe. We had fun in the sun and got plenty of rest.Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything went off without a hitch and we will be calling on you again. This was my first experience with VRBO and I was skeptical at first, but you handled it very sincerely and professionally. You really put me at ease.Thanks again and hope to hear from you soon!

    Luci: We had a blast. Your condo is beautiful. I got a chance to see a few others in the building and none were even close to as nice as yours.     What an awesome vacation! Luci was wonderful to work with. The condo was great! My daugher loved the Bunks with the Spongebob and the Nemos! She made lots of friends the week we were there. The view was awesome from the condo. We met a couple different families while we were there and we had the nicest condo of all!!! Plan on coming down again next year the same time.......unless I save up enough money we may come back between now and Christimas. We have been coming to Panama City for the past 7 years and this was certainly the best condo we have stayed in so far. We will rent from Luci from now on. Thanks again for everything - looking forward to coming back again really soon. Kristin & Hallie

    The vacation was awesome and your condo was Great...we felt at home and didn't want to leave. I loved all the little touches and wall decorations, and the view was amazing. The children made lot of friends and enjoyed hunting for crabs.

    My husband and I stayed here in September 2006. We were well pleased! The condo is tastefully decorated with fun murals on the wall. It was very clean. The kitchen has all the appliances you could ask for and they are very new. The pictures do not do this condo justice! Luci has been great to deal with and I would recommend renting from her!     My family stayed at this condo during spring, and this was our best family trip ever. The place was everything that we wanted, just as it was listed on the site. It was very clean, nicely decorated and the kids loved the beach decor.The owners were very kind and helpful and we're already planning for next year.
