Drive into the Ferndell Griffith Park Entrance and wind your way on the Los Feliz Oaks lanes up to the Gated Entry to the house (if you continue on Live Oak, there is a spectacular view of the Hollywood sign).
Close to the Griffith Observatory, Universal City, Mann's Chinese Theater, The Magic Castle, Hollywood walk of fame, and Warners Brothers Studios. You can incorporate day trips to Disneyland and the Beaches of Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu. Use the Golf course and tennis courts of Griffith Park. Go to the summer concerts at the Hollywood Bowl or Greek Theater. Ride Horses through Griffith park from the Sunset Ranch, Hollywood Stables.

Full size billiard table and impressive wet bar in large sitting room with views over Los Feliz and Griffith Park. And room to room CD stereo system operated from the bar area. Marbled floors throughout the sitting room and Bar, Dining Room, Family Room and Kitchen. Every room has a view.
Four double Bedrooms all with designer linens, wooden floors and sensational views. Marbled Floors and walls in all the bathrooms. The King Master bedroom suite has a large Jacuzzi bath and multi jet power shower and large screen HD television and DVD. The Second King suite has a ‘fire-on-ice' fireplace. We have four bedrooms with two king and two queen beds. This is sufficient for 8 people. A child crib can be provided and extra beds but this will incur extra fees depending on how many beds needed and number of persons. We require a list of all residents who are going to be staying at the house and their ages.
This house has around 2500 square feet of outside Decks around the house (5500 sq. feet) that boasts a pool with waterfall, Hot tub and fabulous views. A large BBQ area and Fire-on-ice fire pit. EcoWater purifying water system throughout house and an Arrowhead water cooler. Washer and Dryer. Dishwasher. Trash compactor. Air-conditioning. . Koi pond with waterfall. Parking for two to three cars, any more cars must park on the street below. Pets incur extra cost of $25 dollars per day per pet, plus extra security deposit.

Three (3) DAY MINIMUM RENTAL - SECURITY/BREAKAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED OF $2000.
!!PLEASE, PLEASE NOTE!!: RENTALS FOR EVENTS AND OR PARTIES OF ANY MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE AND UP TO 50 PEOPLE , RENTAL IS::$5000 PER DAY WHILE THAT AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ARE ON THE PREMISES, with a $3000 security/breakage deposit and a $1500 cleaning fee. ANY MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE WILL CONSTITUTE AN EVEN HIGHER FEE!! Housekeeper WILL AND MUST be present and car parking must be by valet parking and arrangement with AFI or other (at renters cost)ETC. Filming is available at this rate per day. |
