It is about 1 mile (an easy walk for those into walking) from the Plaza, the center of old Santa Fe. A drive of about 1 mile puts one on the road to the Santa Fe Ski Basin. The De Vargas Center with grocery store, drugstore, post office, cinemas, etc. is a few hundred yards from the condo.
The entrance door to the condo opens into a hallway with a small coat closet and a bedroom on each side of the hall. The hallway leads to the open living/dining area with beamed ceilings and a wood-burning kiva fireplace. Furnishings include an armoire with a television and VCR and a dining table that comfortably seats six people. Double french doors lead out of the living area onto a covered balcony where one can eat and relax while looking out on a mountain view.
The kitchen is open to the living area and has an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, small microwave oven and the necessary assortment of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. for preparing and eating meals.
