Why the Owner Chose Motherlode
We love that we can walk to town, and to skiing! Breckenridge is unique as a historic town-- and a ski town. We like that it is friendly and casual. We compared 3 historic ski towns, Breckenridge, Aspen and Telluride. Breckenridge was the best location, and closest to get to from Denver, and the most bang for the buck in terms of how far your dollar will go in lodging, shopping and dining.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We fish at the river, hike, ski and bike Breck. In the summer we have seen foxes, moose and deer, and caught quite a few trout. It is a fun, family friendly town, which is important to us because we have kids. The fourth of July parade and Easter egg hunt in town are favorite holidays for us up there. And the Christmas lights and snow and the ice sculptures in January are fabulous too.

My husband and I have 3 kids who love to ski in Breckenridge, and play in the summer, bike ride, swim in our pool, and alpine slide. We love that after going to Breck for our vacations for 10 years with the family, we haven't run out of things to do. We still haven't tried all of the restaurants, ski runs etc. It still has something new to offer every time we go.

Comfortable, clean 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with parking space. (Need to be in shape for walking up & carrying luggage to 3rd floor unit). Excellent location within walking distance to slope lift! 4 Hottubs & pool just a few feet away which was great! (No hottub towels provided & no notice to bring own pool towels). 3rd bedroom loft had very narrow, steep steps not appropriate for small children but it was a separate enclosed room so good for grown children/young adults. Well supplied kitchen equipment- we cooked there most nights. Nice supply of family games. We had 6 adults staying. Very satisfied & would stay there again!!
Owner response:Thank you, we love repeat guests! We have added a note in the directions letter asking guests to bring a pool/beach towel, or return unit towels. We do have a baby gate for those not wishing young children to climb stairs. So glad that you enjoyed your stay, and we appreciate your review!

Loved your condo. We had enough bed space for our crew and your condo is well decorated and nicely stocked. The master bed was very comfortable, and our boys just loved the loft.
