Big and beautiful 10 bedroom home (9 baths, 2 half baths) on Lake Oconee in Georgia's lake country. Rents for family vacations, reunions or week or weekend get-a-ways for any kind of group. Especially wonderful for weddings or receptions due to large flat yard with big lake view and plenty of parking.
Gorgeously decorated, modern kitchen, huge casual dining area or add candles and make it formal. All rooms have satellite T.V.
Most bedrooms have private baths and satellite T.V. All decorated in southern state themes; South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and North Carolina. four bedrooms planned for 2009, Virginia, Mississippi, Lousiana and Kentucky. Master suite has large shower and jacuzzi with a view of gorgeous sunrises or lakeside activities.
Great game room with wet bar, game tables, private swimming pool, pool house, and gazebo. Pontoon boat available with seperate arrangement and jets skis can be rented at nearby marinas.
The home is located half way between Greensboro and Madison about 10 miles in either direction for great shopping or quaint restaurants. Many golf courses within 10 to 15 minutes. Easy to find about one mile off of major highway down a tranquil paved road through pastures and forest enough to sooth any jangled nerve but neighborly enough to give peace of mind that you're not all alone even though you think you are.
