  We rented the house for the weekend to host our wedding. I just have to say the place was gorgeous, the flowers were all in bloom, the grass was green and the weather was perfect. The rooms are bigger than they look and there is PLENTY of room for everyone and all the food and drinks you will need. The owner's are very courteous and easy to work with. The guests and wedding party had a great time and it was a great treat that we were able to find this house for our special day. Book the house and get all your families together for a great time! Definitely recommend and if I ever need to book room for 25+ people again I will definitely check the calendar for Da Casa Banana2!

  I held my small, intimate wedding here this past weekend. It was the perfect venue to have my wedding, and my guests that stayed the night absolutely loved the themed rooms! Having people come visit from all over and being able to rest comfortably, and also have a fantastic time was top on my list. This place was a excellent choice and I highly recommend it!

  This place was off the charts! We used it for our basketball team retreat and it was amazing. It served it's purpose to the utmost. The view was incredible and the weather was perfect! There was plenty of space and functionality and it made for a great weekend. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, but yet far enough away to experience the peace and quiet that we were looking for. We used the pool and the fire pit. There were grills and plenty of cooking space in the kitchen. The theater room was awesome and we were able to show a highlight film of our practices. Great!! Awesome place!

  The pictures of this amazing house do not do it justice. It's so roomy that everyone can find a quiet place to read or nap while others can play games, play music, or watch movies, but everyone is still close enough that they dont miss anything. It was great that everyone had their own bed (no pull out couches or blow up matresses). Our favorite part of the house is the dining room table! We rarely all get to eat together! I had my wedding there that week and have gotten sooo many compliments on how beautiful and peaceful the setting was. I could not have asked for a better wedding week! The owners are so helpful and sweet, we will definitely be back for more one day!!

  EXCELLENT HOUSE FOR FAMILY VACATION AND GET TOGETHER . EASY TO GET TO EVEN WHEN SET BACK IN GEORGIA WOODS.A SHORT DRIVE FROM INTERSTATE 20. WILL HOLD AND ACCOMODATE GROUPS OF 20 + WITH EASE. HOUSE IS WELL LAYED OUT TO ALLOW PARTYING AND SLEEPING AT SAME TIME .LARGE SPACIOUS YARD FOR OUTSIDE GAMES AND ACTIVITIES. GOOD SHOPPING AT PUBLIX, WALMART, OR INGALS WITHIN 30 MINUTES DRIVE.SEVERAL FAMILY RESTUARANTS WITHIN 30 MINUTES THAT CAN ACCOMODATE A LARGE GROUP.SOME GOOD GOLF COURSES THAT ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. FISHING IS FUN FOR BIG GUYS AND SMALL FRYS. FUN SWIMMING POOL FOR ADULTS AND KIDS. ONLY NEGATIVE IS NOT GOOD PART OF LAKE FOR BOATING OR SKIING. TOO SHALLOW AND TOO MANY TREES IN WATER.

  A big thank you to the Rutledges for allowing our big family to enjoy the place they call home!! We had family young and old from New York, New Jersey, Indiana, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia and there was plenty of room for everyone! Day two we were already planning our next "Griswold Vacation" to Da Casa Banana2!! So much space and plenty of things to do. The home is amazing inside and out. Outside we enjoyed the pool, cabana, volleyball and hot tub! Inside we were playing cards, playing pool, playing the piano and of course the Twilight marathon in the theatre! Yes, a movie theatre room was a nice surprse located down in the man cave next to the bar and popcorn machine! On Saturday we hosted an outdoor wedding for my daughter. The weather was perfect! This home was/is the perfect location for a wedding. The back yard alone sold us! The owners have added a beautiful arbor to the front of the gazebo that is not in the pictures. The bride and groom got married under the arbor right in front of the gazebo. After the wedding we moved to the huge stone patio, pool deck and outdoor bar/cabana for the reception. It was beautiful! The bride said, it could not have been a more perfect day!! : ) If you are looking for a location for an "all-inclusive" wedding week/weekend with enough rooms to house your extended family or entire wedding party....look no further! You will NOT be disappointed!!! The owners have thought of everything!! Beautiful week, beautiful wedding, beautiful weather, beautiful home!!!! AMAZING MEMORIES!!!!!

  Where do I start. First...the pictures do not do this house justice. They are great pictures but they just can't capture the wonderful warmth of having a big group sit around that massive, beautiful dining room table. The dining room is part of the kitchen and it was perfect to have all that space to hang out and talk while people were cooking. My favorite spot in the house was a conversation area that overlooked the pool and the lake....six super comfortable chairs in a circle where someone was always sitting and drinking coffee. There was a two-sided fireplace in the wall between the conversation area and the dining room adding to the coziness of this huge house. The bedrooms were adorable and so creatively decorated. Just as advertised, every bedroom had it's own bathroom. We loved waking up and stepping out on the 2nd floor balcony to take in the morning views and sounds. The recreation at the house was more than you could ask for. Inside, the game room was so fun...pool table, arcade games, television area, game table AND....an amazing home theater with popcorn machine and Netflix! Outside...Wow! Swimming pool, hot tub, big brick fire pit where we roasted marshmallows, bicycles, volley ball, huge lawn area for playing football,kickball or anything else. Great hide-and-seek opportunities :-) Then there is the lake....we rented the pontoon boat which was a lot of fun, but our best fishing came from sitting in chairs on the dock. We spent a lot of hours there just chatting and fishing. If you are looking for a house to rent, please consider yourself fortunate to have access to this perfect place. The owners could not have been more helpful and kind. I have rented several houses from VRBO; this is the one that I wish I owned. Enjoy!

  Myself and my business team had a wonderful stay at this property. It comfortably slept the entire group and had ample space for meeting. The property comes with tons of little "extras" that make it seem like you are staying at a friend's house. The kitchen is fully equipped and is great for cooking meals for large groups. Great experience.

  Our family recently stayed at this gorgeous home for our Christmas trip. It was the perfect house for our family of 18, with a large kitchen, dining area and large area to assemble for gift exchange. We have booked again for 2013!
