The guest bedroom and den share a bathroom with tub and shower. A pocket door separating the guest bedroom and third bedroom/den from the living area allows for additional privacy.
Our home is centrally located in The Villages near Laurel Manor regional center, which has one of the two Village fitness centers and a sports pool. We are within walking distance to the Tall Trees pool. We are also within walking distance to Southern Trace Shopping Plaza with a Publix grocery store, hardware store, drug store, jewelry store, and Bealls Outlet. You can also walk to the library, restaurants and banks. We are conveniently located near The Savannah Center and Lake Sumter.
