Wow! It's a cruise ship on land... You cannot get closer to the water without being on a ship. Our 2-bedroom condominium located in Tower I is open and airy decorated with bright and cheery beach inspired decor (new photos coming soon). Enjoy your morning coffee watching the dolphins jump while sitting on with a 120 square foot private balcony with unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico.
This Condo is our second home and we invite you to use it as your own. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the 'extras' in our home that you would not normally find in a rental unit. No need to pack up your porta-crib, high chair, or sand toys, we have them all! We also have ceramic tile throughout (no sandy, mildew carpets), and more than the usual supply of kitchen supplies as well as all the comforts of home. Our condo is a great place for a family to use alone or to share with friends.
It is set up with two bedrooms, one has a king size bed. The second bedroom is a small bunk room which perfect for the children, with twin-size bunk beds. They both have their own private full baths. In our main living area we have a very comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper.
We're located on the sixth floor, with high speed, state-of-the-art elevators (no wasting your vacation waiting for elevators). Or Easily walk up or down the stairs to our designated parking space on the 3rd floor.
Only problem you'll have while here is... leaving! Majestic Beach Towers will soon be known as the most popular family resort in Panama City Beach. It has 650 feet PRIVATE beach and plenty of other things to keep the kids (and grown-ups) occupied while here.

Majestic Beach Tower is the newest complex in Panama City Beach. Located on Front Beach Road. It's conveniently located near restaurants, amusement parks, golf, fishing and much more.
Majestic Beach Towers is a Family Complex that does not allow us to rent to groups under the age of 25 without a parent or legal guardian staying the entire time. Any violations and groups under 25 will be evicted.

Why the Owner Chose Majestic Beach Towers I & II
We purchased our condo in Panama City Beach because we wanted a condo directly on the beach.
We live in Austin, Texas now (we bought our condo pre-construction when we lived in Atlanta, GA.) While living in Atlanta we would visit every chance we could. Now that we are much further away, we have to plan our trips. But are looking forward to retiring and enjoying our condo much more someday!

Our guests who stay with us comment on how well equipped our condo is. While it may not be your deciding factor when you are choosing places to rent, you will appreciate it once you get here. Most everything you’ll need during your stay is here!
Because we live so far away, we take special care to make sure everything is in perfect condition. It’s imperative that we have the best help there in Panama City Beach. We employ a housekeeper, Julie, who only cleans for a couple of people. We do not use one of those massive cleaning companies who dash in and out of the condo in 15 minutes and call it clean. And we don’t use any of those linen service cheap linens. All of our linens are luxury quality.

Our family highly enjoyed our stay in this home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the views were incredible. Our kids spent hours playing the sand and probably brought half the beach in with them. Thank goodness for tile floors! We will recommend your home to our friends and family and would love to return in the future.

We stayed Oct 6-9,2011. We usually stay at Splash for the grand children, but decided to try a different place and are we glad we chose this condo. Was clean, not too high(6th flr) , close to everything, and we will return in the summer. thank you Tom and Kathy.

My two girls, my sister-in-law, my niece and nephew, and myself enjoyed a 4 day/ 5 night vacation at this super cute condo! It is decorated so well. I particularly favored the master bedroom. The kitchen was a wonderful size for getting breakfast and lunch for the kids. It's location is supreme! We weren't far from anything except Pier Park and that didn't take us long at all to get there! This condo would be great for a family of four of five! We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this rental. The Majestic is located near most everything that we were interested in seeing or doing. The sixth floor balcony held a spectacular view. The beach service included was very nice. The parking space was in an excellent location. The condo was very nice, clean, and well maintained. I will be contacting the owners with a few concerns, though none of them were big problems. I would lease this property again, simply because the owners were so helpful.

The place was everything the description said it was and more. We enjoyed shopping for and preparing our own meals with top quality cookware. The kids loved the selection of videos that were provided and the grownups spent hours watching amazing sunsets from the balcony. Highly recommended.
