Beautifully decorated townhome in Barefoot Resort with Wireless Internet. End unit so the sun can really shine in! With over 1800 square feet and 2 levels of living, this unit is the perfect alternative for those vacationers who do not like the confines of a condominium but who still want to enjoy the magnificence of Barefoot Resort and all it has to offer!

If its golf you want, enjoy one of Barefoot’s 4 championship-caliber courses designed by some of golf’s greatest: Davis Love, III, Greg Norman, Tom Fazio and Pete Dye. After a round of golf, enjoy some refreshments at the Clubhouse, with a full-service restaurant, bar & grille, and proshop, or sit outside on the Clubhouse's covered porch and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you watch your fellow golfers finish up their round.

Also open is the new sports bar/restaurant/pizzeria located in Barefoot by the driving range. The restaurant is open late and delivers anywhere in Barefoot.

Back at the unit, enjoy the gas fireplace (in the cooler months) in the living room while you watch the 42” plasma television. We have left a lot of the latest DVD movies for you to enjoy, so take your pick! Or you can relax on the screened patio out back while watching the golfers approach the 11th green of the Norman course. The community pool is just steps from the front door.

If it’s the beach you want, catch one of the hourly shuttle buses (in the summer months) which takes you across Rte 17 directly to the beach, only about 1 mile away from the entrance to the resort. And don’t forget to check out the resort’s main pool, including a large hot tub.

And you don't have to leave Barefoot for delicious seafood. Docksider's Grille is located by the Intercoastal Waterway and has inside or outside seating. Enjoy live entertainment on the weekends. Also offering great food, shopping and entertainment is Barefoot Landing, only minutes away from the unit. The restaurants include T-Bonz, Crab House, and Greg Norman’s Australian Grille. Alabama Theatre, The House of Blues, and Alligator Adventure are also within minutes of the unit at Barefoot Landing, just outside the resort.

We know you will enjoy this home. It has been professionally decorated/furnished. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the cooking materials you will need for dinner in. The kitchen, with oak cabinets and beautiful Corian countertops, has plenty of room. The master bedroom is on the main floor, with big windows and views of the Norman course. It also includes a king size bed, large walk-in closet and private bathroom, in addition to a television and DVD.

Upstairs you will find the large (17’ x 15’) 2nd bedroom, beautifully decorated with rich, dark wood furniture. It’s almost a retreat in itself! The 2nd bedroom also has a walk-in closet and 32" flat screen television with DVD player. The 3rd bedroom has 2 x-long single beds and television/DVD. Definitely room to have some privacy!

We have also included games and movies for the kids, and behind the unit, there is plenty of open area for the kids to play. And don't worry about linens, dishwashing detergent or paper supplies...they have been left for you.

Just a beautiful home, far enough away from the main road to relax, but only minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. We would love to stay in a cooler month to take advantage of the gas fireplace. It is easy to get around MB from this location and the shuttle that runs to the shoppes and beach makes things even more convenient. Great owners...easy to work with and everything was handled as promised! I will definitely be back next year!
